Allocating funds for drug testing of the identified One Hundred Sixty Three (163) Surrenderees coming from the six (6) Barangays of this Municipality charge to MADAC Appropriations;

Allocating funds intended for the swab testing of a prisoner coming from Cagayan de Oro City charge to Municipal Health Office appropriations;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-017-2021, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 6 for CY 2021;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-016-2021, re: Resolution adopting the Local Youth Development Plan for CY 2022-2024;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-015-2021, re: Resolution adopting the LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL 014-2021 – A Resolution accepting the 5% share of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund amounting to P115,000.00 from the Supplemental Budget No. 3 or additional realized income and approving the utilization of the entire 5% share to procure fuel and oil for COVID-19 operations;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-014-2021, re: Resolution adopting the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Annual Investment Plan for year 2022;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-013-2021, re: Resolution adopting the Buug Sea Level Adaptation Plan 2020-2026;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-012-2021, re: Resolution adopting MGFPS Resolution No. 11-2021 – a Resolution realigning the amount of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php100,000.00) from Adolescent Health Youth Development Program for the improvement of Pasalubong Center Comfort Room;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-011-2021, re: Resolution adopting the 2022 Gad Plan and Budget in the amount of Ten Million Two Hundred Eighty One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Four and 50/100 PESOS (Php10,281,874.50);

Inviting ATTY. ALEXANDER GUMAHAD CALUNDO to attend the regular session on August 16, 2021 at 9:30 in the morning for the signing of a Deed of Donation to be executed with LGU-Buug to be represented by the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality;

Extending the Contract of Service of Engr. Jessie Mhar P. Sabado from August 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 as the Agutayan Farm to Market Road project is far from completion due to the suspension of work in connection with the bridge foundation change of design and the site location’s unfavorable weather condition for construction;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through its Regional Office with office address at Zamboanga City represented by OIC Regional Director ATTY. SITTIE RAIFAH M. PAMALOY-HASSAN hereinafter referred to as the DSWD for the implementation of Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) 11th Cycle for CY 2021;

Adopting the recommendation of the Inter- Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) to keep the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) from August 1, 2021 to August 31, 2021 and informing that Executive Order No. 1011-07-152021-038, series of 2021 providing for the guidelines for the implementation of GCQ in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay shall continue to be observed and adopted from August 1 to 31, 2021, except that children from five (5) to 17 years old are now also included among persons under mandatory stay-at-home protocol under Section 3 of said executive order and also Section 7-(d) Outdoor tourist attractions, including beaches, water parks and swimming pools shall not be allowed in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving 2021 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Compostela, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Bliss, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
