Adopting the Memorandum Order No. 05-243-21, re: Correcting the nomenclature and agrupation and IPMRs;

Adopting the NCIP National Commission En Banc Resolution No. 08-009-2021 series of 2021 “ A Resolution Denouncing the use of the term “LUMAD” to refer to Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous People (ICCS/IPS) particularly of Mindanao and Enjoining the public to address ICCPS/IPS by their respective ICC/IP affiliation or Ethno-linguistic Group as SUBANEN TRIBE;

Adopting the NCIP National Advisory No. NA-2020-08-001 series of 2020 “To stop, prohibit and report any transaction, dealing, negotiation of selling and transfer of lands within the ancestral domain” in Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas for the renewal of SEVEN (7) contracts of services for the above-mentioned persons to commence on July 1, 2021 up to December 31, 2021:

Approving the EXECOM Resolution No. 06-2021, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 03 for CY 2021;

Approving the EXECOM Resolution No. 05-2021, re: Resolution adopting the LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL 010-s-2021, to wit: 1. Resolution No. DBLC 010-S-2021, a Resolution approving the Utilization of the savings from the Special Trust Fund and QRF for the procurement of Rice to aid the affected individuals due to the implementation of the MECQ amounting to Php173,340.00 and allocating from the QRF 2021 for the procurement of Hand Held Radio for COVID Operation amounting to Php25,000.00 and further authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the same.

Granting financial assistance to PAULINE SUMPO, the wife of ALFREDO M. SUMPO, a resident of Manlin, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to JIEZEL M. LATAO, the daughter of the late BENVENIEDO LATAO, a resident of Manlin, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to FRANCISCO E. DULFO, the son of the late MARCELINA E. DULFO, a resident of Purok 5, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to to ANTONIO EDRALIN, JR., the husband of RISAN RESTILLADOR EDRALIN, a resident of Purok 21-A, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) ) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to accept the set of Ecological Solid Waste Management Equipment from the DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES (DENR) through ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU-REGION IX, composed of the following: 1. Brand New Biodegradable Waste Shredder (BWS); 2. Brand New Rotary Drum Composter and 3. Brand New Solar Powered 4G Network Camera Kit

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU-Region IX, a government agency duly organized and existing by virtue of Executive Order No. 192, with office address at Sitio Lantawan, Barangay Pasonanca, Zamboanga City, represented herein by ENGR. ALEX D. JIMENEZ, OIC Regional Director with the implementation and monitoring of the Ecological Solid Waste management Project consisting of Biodegradable Wastes Shredder Rotary Drum Composter and Solar Powered 4G Network Camera Kits in order to support LGUs;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU-Region IX, a government agency duly organized and existing by virtue of Executive Order No. 192, with office address at Sitio Lantawan, Barangay Pasonanca, Zamboanga City, represented herein by ENGR. ALEX D. JIMENEZ, OIC Regional Director to collaborate in the efforts for the implementation of the objectives of R.A 9003, particularly in the upgrading for the operation of MRF and proper segregation at source and segregated collection and providing funds for the reconstruction of MRF affected by the construction of two (2) Storey Multi-Purpose Building in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P250,000.00);

Availing the services of Red Cross for Swab Test intended to all Frontliners and LGU-Employees who are suspected to be COVID-19 positive charge to the General Fund of LGU-Buug particularly at the Municipal Health Office and LDRRM Office;
