Requesting the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through its Regional Office, DBM Region IX, N.S. Valderosa St., Pettit Barracks, Zamboanga City for possible funding under the Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to LGU’s (LGSF-FA to LGU’s);

Approving the application for accreditation of VILLACASTOR FARMERS ASSOCIATION as Non-Government Organization in this municipality;

Adopting the Executive Order No. 1011-09-28-2021-041 series of 2021 from the Office of the Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, and order fixing the guidelines for the implementation of Community Quarantine (CQ) in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay effective October 1, 2021 up to October 31, 2021 except the provision of beaches, water parks and swimming pools shall not be allowed in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to RENATO T. BANAGAN, son of the late SARIANA T. BANAGAN, a resident of Guminta, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving 2021 SK Annual of Barangay Pulog, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 SK Annual of Barangay Lantawan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No.02-2021 of Barangay Lantawan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-025, re: A Resolution approving the Annual Investment Plan for CY 2022 of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-024, re: A Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 7 for CY 2021;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-023, re: A Resolution adopting the MPOC Resolution No. 03-2021 - Resolution approving the realignment of some allocations of various projects and programs under the POPS Fund to salaries of the reservist augmented for COVID-19 operations;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-022, re: A Resolution adopting the Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council Resolution No. DBL 015-S2021, 016-S2021, 017-S2021 and DBL 018- S2021, to wit: 1. LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL 015-S2021 – A Resolution approving the realignment and utilization of the current 70% DRRM Programs and activities amounting to Php660,866.57 into a Resolution approving the allocation for the burial expenses to all COVID-19 related deaths amounting to Php300,000.00 and procurement of rice for food assistance (1 sack of rice each household) to all index patient of COVID-19 in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay amounting to Php360,866.57, and further authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the same. 2. LDRRMC Resolution No. 016-S2021 – A Resolution accepting the 5% share of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund amounting to Php50,000.00 from the supplemental Budget No. 4 or additional realized income and approving the utilization of the entire 5% share to procure rice for food assistance (1 sack of rice each) to all index patient of COVID-19 in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and further authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the same. 3. LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL 017-2021 – A Resolution approving the realignment and utilization of the savings from the Municipal Hall Riprapping Phase II amounting to Php400,000.00 into slope protection at Bagsakan Area, and further authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the same. 4. LDRRMC Resolution No. 018-2021 - A Resolution recommending to the Local Sangguniang Bayan to give additional amount of Php500 .00 for the Contract of Services in the burial and/or interment of covid-19 related deaths if the burial site will be relocated to the new identified burial site.

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-021, re: A Resolution adopting the Local Culture and the Arts Plan and Budget for CY 2022 amounting to One Million Four Hundred Fifty thousand Pesos (P1,450,000.00);

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-020, re: A Resolution adopting the PWD Resolution No. 02 series of 2021 – a Resolution for realignment of the appropriated amount for National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation (NDPR) week celebration, medical outreach program and year end gathering for the Person with Disability (DWD) into relief assistance for the PWD;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-019, re: A Resolution adopting the Plan and Budget for CY 2022 of the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-018, re: A Resolution adopting the Plan and Budget for CY 2022 of the Local Council For the Protection of Children of the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;
