approved Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Datu Panas, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Danlugan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, Region IX Center for Health Development Zamboanga Peninsula, a national government agency responsible for ensuring access to basic public health services to all Filipinos through the provision of quality health care and regulation of health goods and services, with office address at Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City, herein represented by JOSHUA G. BRILLANTES, MD, MPH, CESE, OIC-Director IV in his capacity as Regional Director of Center for Health Development Zamboanga Peninsula, and hereafter referred to as “FIRST PARTY” for the transfer of funds for the AHDP and COVID-19 SRA to the Second Party (Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay); Payments (Monthly Contribution) of the Job-Orders/Contract of Services of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Adopting, the Provincial Ordinance No. 2021-581, re: An Ordinance prohibiting any person or persons, natural or juridical, including government officials and employees, and business establishments in the entire Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to require and/or accept the Pantawid Pamilya cash card as loan security, guarantee or collateral in all forms of indebtedness or similar financial accommodations or undertakings, declaring the same anti-poor and inimical to public interest, and providing penalties for violations thereof;

Affirming the previous expenses of LGU-Buug incurred intended for COVID 19 death victims;

Granting financial assistance to PRINCES MAE D. DANIEL, the daughter of GEDION O. DANIEL, a resident of Purok 4, Basalem, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds.

Approving 2021 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Talairan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Agutayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

grants financial assistance to NORLENE D. DIMASAGKA, the wife of HALED I. DIMASAGKA, a resident of Purok 4, Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Adopting the Executive Order No. 1011-06-15-2021-034 issued by the Office of the Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, an order fixing the guidelines for the implementation of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay effective June 16, 2021 up to June 30, 2021;

Resolved by virtue of the powers vested by law to National Advisory No. 2021-08-001 series of 2021 “Compliance with the Mandatory Requirement for securing the Free and Prior Informed Consent (FPIC) of Indigenous Cultural Communities (ICCs/IPs) and the necessary certification precondition from the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples Right Act of 1997 (IPRA);

Favorably endorsed and affirmed that the Installation of Solar Street Lights and Concrete Barriers is part of the duly approved Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) 2020-2022 and Annual Investment Program for CY 2021 of the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Q & M Gonzales Development Corporation, Owner/Developer of Q & M MEMORIAL GARDEN (hereinafter referred to as “MEMORIAL GARDEN”), a domestic corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission represented by its President and Chief Executive Officer DR. ARACELI G. SORIA, MD to designate the area within the Memorial Garden, where remains of persons who died from COVID-19 complications shall be buried;

Adopting the Executive Order No. 1011-06-01-2021-033 from the Office of the Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, and order fixing the guidelines for the implementation of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay effective June 2, 2021 up to June 15, 2021;
