Adopting the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2021-053, re: Implementing Guidelines of the Safety Seal Certification Program for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Adopting the Executive Order No. 1011-07-15-2021-038 from the Office of the Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, and order fixing the guidelines for the implementation of General Community Quarantine (GCQ) in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay effective July 16, 2021 up to July 31, 2021 except Section 7 - (d) Outdoor tourist attractions, including beaches, water parks and swimming pools shall not be allowed in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICES of ARCHITECT MARICRIS D. CABURNAY – as Architect to be assigned at the Office of the Municipal Engineer effective July 14, 2021 to December 31, 2021;

Approving Resolution No. DBL 013-S-2021, a Resolution amending LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL 003-S-2021 into a Resolution approving the Revised Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Annual Investment Plan of Buug for CY 2022 amounting to P10,281,874.50;

approved LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL 012-S-2021, a Resolution adopting the Buug Sea Level Rise Adaptation Plan 2020-2026 and further recommending to the MDC and Sangguniang Bayan for its favorable action and adoption;

Approving EXECOM Resolution. No. 09-2021, re: Resolution adopting the LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL-011-S-2021 – giving blanket authority to the Local Chief Executive to utilize the available LDRRM Quick Response Fund (QRF) CY 2021 for COVID-19 Operations covering the third and fourth quarter of CY 2021 and further authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the same, (a copy hereto attached);

approved Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Bag-ong Borbon, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Allowing the Tailoring Section and Merchandise Stallholders/Occupants to pay their unpaid daily rentals on installment basis from May 1, 2021 up to June 30, 2021 and payment shall be made on or before August 31, 2021 (Please see attached list of occupants/stallholders);

Granting financial assistance to MARY KRISHALYNN L. CABALLE, the daughter of the late WELYN L. CABALLE, a resident of Purok 27, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to JAREA MARIÑO, the sister of SARA D. ALIBASA, a resident of Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Allowing the stallholders engaged in food handling in the Public Market., stallholders occupying the New Building-Variety Business, Fruit Paradise, Beauty Parlor and Barber Shops to pay their unpaid daily rentals from June 1-30, 2021 on installment basis without surcharge and penalties and payments shall be made on or before July 31, 2021 (Please see attached copy);

Approving EXECOM Reso. No. 08-2021, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan for CY 2021;

Approving EXECOM Reso.
