Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2021 of Barangay Bag-ong Borbon, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Endorsing the request of Barangay Maganay to convert Maganay Elementary School to Maganay Integrated School; (Please see attached Reso. No. 10-2021);

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into CONTRACT OF SERVICES with ZAMSURECO II, for the upgrading of distribution line from V-Phase to III-Phase Line from Tapping Pole to Tapping Point CB structured in the amount of P42,386.05 FOR THE LABOR COST AS PER APPROVED Program of Work (POW);

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) with METRO FUNERAL HOMES, private entity existing within the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay presented by JESELL MARIE UBA VICENTE, Proprietor for the funeral services to any COVID related deaths;

Granting financial assistance to MARTINA G. AGUM, mother of ANGIE G. AGUM, a residents Purok 9, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Basalem, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Requesting the Honorable Mayor, DIONESIA B. LAGAS to waive the penalty for late registration of live birth which will only take effect during the preparation of the National ID Systems, regular fees and penalties shall resume after the imposition of the program;

Granting financial assistance to LIZA FE S. DELMENDO, daughter of the late FE S. DELMENDO, a residents Purok 27, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ANABELLE A. FERNANDEZ, mother of MARIE JOY A. FERNANDEZ, a resident of Muyo, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving the application for accreditation of LABRADOR UPLAND FARMERS ASSOCIATION, LABRADOR, BUUG, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY as Non-Government Organization in this municipality;

approved Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Guminta, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Compostela, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Labrador, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Identifying the Medical Equipment to be purchased under the office of the Municipal Health Officer chargeable against its continuing appropriation, to wit: 1. 1 pc. Negatoscope, single 2. 2 pcs.
