Granting financial assistance to EFREN REFUGIO, father of SAMMIE REFUGIO, a resident of Purok 4, Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to RACHEL C. PALMERO, wife of the late ROLANDO F. PALMERO, a resident of Purok 4, Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to IVA MAY E. PUERTO, daughter of the late TERESITA E. PUERTO, a resident of Purok 21-A, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) with the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH (DOH), government agency created and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippine, with principal office located at San Lazaro Compound, Sta, Cruz, Manila herein represented by JOSUA G. BRILLANTES, MD, MPH, CESE, in his capacity as the OIC-Director of Zamboanga Peninsula – Center for Health Development and herein referred to as the DOH; and DR. ALDWIN MARK H. BALBOSA, with residence at Purok 7, Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, assigned in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay Province part of the of the DOH-Doctors to the Barrios Program, herein referred to as the DTTB for the implementation of Doctors to the Barrios Program;

Affirming, Resolution No. 02-2021 from Municipal Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative, re: a Resolution requesting the Honorable Punong Barangays and Barangay Kagawads of the Twenty Seven (27) Barangays of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to appropriate an amount of Sixty Thousand Pesos (P60,000.00) intended for Indigenous People’s Activities as part of its IP Agenda as stipulated and approved in the local guidelines of IPMR in year 2022 PROVIDED that the allocation intended for the IP Activities will be subjected to the availability of funds of the concerned barangay;

Granting financial assistance to VIRGINIA P. LOPEZ, mother of ULYSSES P. LOPEZ, a resident of Purok 30, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to JONATHAN M. SONER, son of LEOPOLDO G. SONER, a resident of Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to SABINA C. TORRES, sister of TITA C. TORRES, a resident of Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

to pass a RESOLUTION INTERPOSING NO OBJECTION TO THE CUTTING/REMOVAL OF THE IDENTIFIED AFFECTED TREES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION/RIPRAPPING AROUND THE MUNICIPAL HALL BUILDING;

Adopting the Executive Order No. 1011-09-06-2021-039 from the Office of the Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, and order fixing the guidelines for the implementation of General Community Quarantine (GCQ) in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay effective September 8, 2021 up to September 30, 2021 except the provision of mass gathering/wedding and other related activities shall not be allowed in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the Local Counterpart Contribution of the Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the implementation of the KALAHI-CIDSS, Kapangyarihan sa Kaunlaran, Balik Probinsya Bagong Pag-asa Program;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into MEMORANDUM OF MOA (MOA) with the DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT (DSWD), Field Office IX for the implementation of KALAHI-CIDSS, Kapangyarihan sa Kaunlaran, Balik Probinsya Bagong Pag-asa Program in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Endorsing, re: Resolution No. 01-2021 from the Subanen Workers Producers Cooperative (BSWPCO), Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay – requesting MDM. ANNIVET KAREN G. ALICANTEDA, RF09 4K Staff, Department of Agriculture, Lenienza, Pagadian City, Region IX for Livelihood Project and Programs;

Endorsing, re: Resolution No. 01-2021 from the Municipal Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMP) requesting cash incentive worth Ninety Three Thousand Pesos (Php93,000.00) under R.A. 8371 pursuant to rights and privileges of the Indigenous Peoples Right Act of the Philippines also known as the IPRA LAW, an act to recognize, protect and promote the rights of Indigenous cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples, creating a National Commission on Indigenous Peoples, establishing implementing mechanisms, appropriating funds therefore, and for other purposes, to HIS EXCELLENCY PRESIDENT RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President, Republic of the Philippines, Malacañang Palace, Manila;

Approving 2021 SK Annual of Barangay Bulaan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
