Granting financial assistance to SYNDY J. CARAMPATAN, daughter of CYNDRIL J. CARAMPATAN, a resident of Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Enforcing the revocation of the Contract with SOUTH BALIBAGO RESOURCES, INCORPORATED (SBRI) if the above-mentioned provisions will not be complied on or before December 15, 2021;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No.01-2021 of Barangay Muyo, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No.02-2021 of Barangay Delmonte, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No.02-2021 of Barangay Basalem, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No.01-2021 of Barangay Guminta, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No.01-2021 of Barangay Talamimi, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Adopting the Executive Order No. 1011-09-28-2021-041 series of 2021 from the Office of the Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, and order fixing the guidelines for the implementation of Community Quarantine (CQ) in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay effective October 1, 2021 up to October 31, 2021 except the provision of beaches, water parks and swimming pools shall not be allowed in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to JUNIE L. SALUNDAYAO, a resident of Purok 2, Near River Bank, Agutayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to WILLIAM N. CATUBIG, father of MARIA ELOIZA CATUBIG, a resident of Purok 29, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to DIZA I. VILLANUEVA, wife of LEO C. VILLANUEVA, a resident of Purok 7, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Closing all public and private cemeteries from October 29, 2021 to November 4, 2021 in time for UNDAS 2021 to sustain the municipality’s efforts in containing the spread of COVID-19’;

Granting financial assistance to IRENE M. CORITICO, batch-mate of the late VOLTAIRE JEMINO, a resident of Poblacion , Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requesting, the Provincial Governor, HON. WILTER YAP PALMA to transfer without cost one (1) Bonggo for the Municipality of Buug intended for the above-mentioned purpose;

Granting financial assistance to LIBERT I. CASING, brother of JUNJIE I. CASING, a resident of Purok 28, Poblacion Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
