grants financial assistance to ELEODORA P. CAFE, mother of MELVIN ELE PAGAL CAFE, a resident of Purok 4, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Bawang, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Danlugan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to MARIAN SHIEKHA B. GONZAGA, niece of ERLINDA G. DUNN, a resident of Purok 24, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Appealing the Local Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the reopening of all beaches within the Municipality but limited only to 50% capacity and ensure strict compliance of health protocols in the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, in her capacity as Municipal Mayor, MR. RUDY S. MAQUILING, in his capacity as Municipal Treasurer and HONORABLE JONAM R. LAGAS, Municipal Vice-Mayor as alternate of HONORABLE DIONESIA LAGAS in her absence as signatories, in all bank transactions of all accounts with Land Bank of the Philippines, Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay effective November 10, 2021;

Requesting the Local Finance Committee to open the proposed Muslim Cemetery and providing funds thereof;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-028, a Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 8 for CY 2021;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-027, a Resolution approving the realignment of some unexpended appropriations in the 20% Economic Development Fund and savings from various completed projects;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-026, a Resolution adopting the LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL 020-S-2021 – “a Resolution accepting the additional 5% share of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund amounting to Php57,500.00 from the Supplemental Budget No. 4 or additional realized income and approving the utilization of the entire 5% share to procure food supplies for COVID-19 operations in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and further authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the same;

Approving 2022 SK Annual of Barangay Compostela, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect

Authority to Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor of this Municipality to revert/realign savings from unobligated appropriations/allotments of various object of expenditures under the offices

Allowing the Special Project of KC:KKB BALIK PROBINSYA BAGONG PAG-ASA to utilize a portion of LGU-BUUG owned lot in “BIADC-DELMONTE” with an area of (4.8600) hectares for the improvement of existing Isolation Facility with provision of amenities and medical supplies located at BIADC, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to YOLANDA O. BAGARINAO, wife of JEREMIAS T. BAGARINAO, a resident of Lantawan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance EURY DELIVERIO, father of the late EUWE G. DELIVERI, a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
