BACOLCOL, a resident of Purok 7, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2022 of Barangay Manlin, this municipality,

Granting financial assistance to WILTON BIOCO, JR., son of the late WILTON BIOCO, SR., a resident of Purok 7, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Supporting, and give our commitment to the KALAHI:CIDSS KAPANGYARIHAN at KAUNLARAN SA BARANGAY (KKB) Cash for work Project under the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office IX, Zamboanga City by way of providing Cash or in-kind for its Operation and Implementation, in the Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay Province;

Requesting the Department of Tourism (DOT) for financial assistance in the amount of Thirty Million (Php30,000,000.00) for the ECO-TRAIL and construction of View Deck Project at Buug Natural Biotic Area;

Adopting Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay Ordinance No. 2022-596 dated January 12, 2022, re: an ordinance strengthening the covid-19 vaccination campaign and regulating entry in Zamboanga Sibugay for the protection of its people;

Granting financial assistance to ARCENIA DEDICATORIA, mother of FRANCIS RENDON, a resident of Purok 4, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving EXECOM Reso. No. 01-2022, re: Resolution adopting the LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL 001-S2022- A Resolution approving the itemized allocation of the current preparedness fund amounting to Php500,000.00 for COVID-19 Operations into the following allocations, to wit: Burial Expenses for COVID-19 related deaths Php200,000.00 Food Supplies for COVID-19 operations 200,000.00 Fuel and Oil 100,000.00 Total Php500,000.00

Granting financial assistance to RIZA R. JASPE, wife of LEO JASPE, a resident of Purok 3, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Health – ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA-CENTER FOR HEALTH DEVELOPMENT with office address at Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City represented by JOSHUA G. BRILLANTES, MD, MPH, CESE in his capacity as OIC-Director IV, herein after referred to as “CHD-9” for the improvement of infrastructure, equipment upgrades, medical transport such as mobile dental vans, and ambulances, and acquisition of land for health facility expansion. The different project proposals are approved annual and allocated funds under HFEP and the General Act 2022 provides the total amount of Ten Million Pesos (P10,000,000.00) for infrastructure to the CHD-9 for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, break down as follows: RECEPIENT ALLOTMENT PROJECT DESCRIPTION INFRASTRUCTURE Buug Super Health Center New Construction P10,000,000.00 Grand Total P10,000,000.00

Granting financial assistance to NENITA T. ANDILAB, mother of RANDY ANDILAB, a resident of Purok 1, Basalem, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
