Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2021 of Barangay Agutayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to SABINA C. TORRES sister of TITA CORTES TORRES, a resident of Purok 1, Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2021 of Barangay Guminta, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to JAYVEE B. VILLAREAL, a resident of Purok 11, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2021 of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to ALMERA D. SABANG, daughter-in-law of FERNANDO MARTIN QUILAB, a resident of Purok 3, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor to donate a Materials Recovery Facility amounting of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P150,000.00) to Buug Pilot Central School;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE- Regional Field Office IX, an agency of the government with office address in Lenienza, Pagadian City represented by RAD DONN L. CEDEÑO, Regional Executive Director, Department of Agriculture, for the implementation of animal dispersal project thru livestock-based livelihood and enterprise development program which aimed to provide breeding stocks to qualified beneficiaries under the BP2 program to upgrade stock of animals in the locality;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor to donate a Comfort Room amounting to THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00) to Buug Pilot Central School.

Approving Resolution No. 14-2022 from Municipal Indigenous Political Structure Chairman, earnestly requesting HONORABLE SENATOR LOREN LEGARDA to set aside an amount of Four Million Eighty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (P4,082,200.00) for the establishment of a TECH4ED Center in all Twenty-Seven (27) Barangays and Municipal IPMR Office of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the procurement of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN (118) Units DESKTOP COMPUTERS) and TWENTY-EIGHT (28) Units Printers;

Requesting, the South Balibago Resources, INC. (SBRI) Central Office thru its Vice-President for Operations, MR. CIRILO E. ALMARIO to allow SBRI, Buug Branch to require water subscriber applicants to present an approved Building Permit before the installation of water connection particularly on those on-going and newly constructed buildings.

Strongly endorsing to the secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways the conversion of the junction Buug by pass road (Guminta-Manlin-Datu Panas-Compostela-Maganay) and Danlugan (Buug) - Ladicha (Malangas) diversion road (Maganay-Mabuhay-Danlugan) as national roads;

Approving Resolution No. 05-2022 from Buug Subanen Council of Elders and Leaders, requesting His Excellency PRESIDENT FERDINAND R. MAROCS, JR. to appoint Atty. Pinky Grace P. Pareja as Chairperson of National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP);

Approving 2022 SK Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality

Recognizing the effort of the Socialized Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) Personnel, Region IX for facilitating the early approval of the application of housing project in Barangay Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, to wit: 1.
