Granting financial assistance to ABRAHAM PAJARTIN RAPAL, brother-in-law of MERLYN S. AUSTERO, a resident of Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving 2022 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Guminta, this municipality,

Approving the request of MS. SOCORRO MAE GAKO ABIOL to allow her to construct a commercial building, specifically a warehouse for rent within the residential zone area located at Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Requesting ENGR. REY F. JANOLINO, District Engineer, 1st Engineering District, DPWH, Region IX, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay to repair the asphalt overlay along the National Highway from Barangay Bulaan and Delmonte due to numerous fatal vehicular accidents;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-004-2022, re: resolution approving the closing of unimplemented projects;

Granting financial assistance to MERLYN L. LANDAP, daughter of the late LORENA GABASAN LANDAP, a resident of Purok 9, Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requesting the OIC-Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services, MR. RONALD D. GADOT, Department of Environment and Natural Resources as resource speaker in the conduct of the Joint Sangguniang Bayan Session between the LGU Buug and LGU Kumalarang;

Granting the Buug Employees Home Owners Association, Inc., this Municipality a site development permit intended for the Proposed Social Housing Project at Barangay Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to LORLIE S. ERAN, daughter of the late FIDELA LUZA SINGCO, a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requesting ENGR. HERNANI G. ABDON, OIC, Regional Director, Mines Geosciences Bureau, Region IX, Zamboanga City to conduct ocular inspection of our proposed site of Indigenous People’s Housing Project at Barangay Guminta, this Municipality;

Granting financial assistance to ELENA D. BANAGAN, wife of EDWIN T. BANAGAN, a resident of Purok 4, Guminta, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Extending the renewal of business permits/licenses for a period not exceeding six (6) months, without surcharges or penalties;

Approving 2022 SK Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Talamimi, this municipality,

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-003-2022, re: re: resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 1 for CY 2022;

Approving 2022 SK Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Talairan, this municipality
