Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through its Regional Office with office address at Zamboanga City represented by OIC Regional Director RIDUAN P. HADJIMUDDIN hereinafter referred to as the DSWD for the implementation of Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) 12th Cycle for CY 2022;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 03-2021 of Barangay Mabuhay, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Supplemental Budget of the General Fund

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 03-2021 of Barangay Agutayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Recognizing the Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT) to undertake the operation and maintenance of the Improvement of existing Isolation Facility and Provision of Medical Supplies and Amenities;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 03-2021 of Barangay Basalem, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Endorsing the Thirty Eight (38) active Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS’s) of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to the Provincial Government of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay for the inclusion on the list of recipients of Provincial honorarium;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2021 of Barangay Pamintayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to MARLINA V. BANAGAN, wife of FIDEL BANAGAN, a resident of Purok 2, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (P7,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

approved Supplemental Budget No. 02-2021 of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to AILEEN P. COQUILLA, mother of the late ZAIJAN PEPANIA COQUILLA, a resident of Purok 2, Danlugan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 03-2021 of Barangay Lantawan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect.

Approving EXECOM Resolution No. 02-2022, re: Resolution adopting the MGFPS Resolution No. 05-2022 – A Resolution realigning the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P200,000.00) from current year’s appropriation for the GFPS Enhancement Program to LGU Wellness Program;
