Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Health – ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA-CENTER FOR HEALTH DEVELOPMENT with office address at Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City represented by JOSHUA G. BRILLANTES, MD, MPH, CESE in his capacity as OIC-Director IV, herein after referred to as “CHD-9” for the implementation of the NEW CONSTRUCTION OF BUUG SUPER HEALTH CENTER funded by the Department of Health thru the Health Facilities Enhancement Program for CY 2022 amounting to TEN MILLION PESOS (P10,000,000.00) to be implemented and procured by the LGU of Buug thru transfer of funds;

Granting financial assistance to REBIE MAHAWAN, sister of RUEL ASPACIO, a resident of Purok 10, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 04-2021 of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to MELROS JOY P. VEGARE, a resident of Purok 5, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 03-2021 of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Endorsing the ECO-TRAIL and construction of View Deck Projects and other Eco-Tourism facilities at the Buug Natural Biotic Area particularly located at Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources ( DENR) Office approval for the utilization of a portion of the BNBA under strict protection zone;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT FIELD OFFICE, a government agency created pursuant to Republic Act (R.A.) No. 5416, through DSWD FIELD and with office address at Zamboanga City represented by RIDUAN P. HADJIMUDDIN Regional Director and hereinafter referred to as DSWD who shall provide cash for work for no income or low income families, homeless/street families, returning overseas Filipino worker, indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, families in conflict-affected communities, and other indigent or individuals/families in especially difficult circumstances who are vulnerable at risks or affected by the COVID-19 pandemic under its Kapangyarihan at Kaunlaran sa Barangay (KKB) modality;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality with CITY SAVINGS BANK, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine laws, with principal address at Osmeña Boulevard corner P. Burgos Street, Cebu City, Cebu represented herein by AL C. SERDAN, Regional Business Head, Region IX, CITY SAVINGS BANK, INC. for the availment of Multi-Purpose Loans by salary deduction by the Local Government Unit (LGU) payroll;

Adopting the Provincial Ordinance No. 2021-591 dated December 13, 2021 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, re: An Ordinance adopting pertinent provisions of Department of Agriculture (DA) Administrative Order No. 7, series of 2021 and mandating the Implementation of Bantay ASF sa Barangay “Babay ASF” Program in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, providing powers thereof and for other purposes

Approving – the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan of MR. ALFIE C. MACABAGO, a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay containing an area of THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR (384) located at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to JEZRELL JAY J. DONATO, nephew of the late DALISAY DONATO INTOL, a resident of Purok 7, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving the application for Simple Subdivision Development Plan of MR. RECTO P. SUMPO, a resident of Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THREE (4,453) located at Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

approving, Resolution No. 15-2022 from Municipal Indigenous Political Structure Chairman, re: A Resolution requesting Hon. Wilter Yap Palma, Congressman, 1st District of Zamboanga Sibugay for financial assistance intended for the construction of Indigenous Peoples (IP’s) Tribal Hall Building for Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00);

Extending the deadline of renewal for business permits/licenses from January 21, 2022 to February 25, 2022;

Approving 2022 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality;
