It must be clearly stated in the contract the amount of income which LGU Buug stands to gain with this investment; b. The Office of the Municipal Mayor through the Municipal Treasurer’s Office must furnish the Sangguniang Bayan with the Treasury Bill contract with Land Bank of the Philippines; c. The Office of the Municipal Mayor through the Municipal Treasurer’s Office must furnish this August Body with the bank statement pertinent to the same; and d. The Municipal Mayor can pre-terminate the said investment anytime she deems necessary;
Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA-CENTER FOR HEALTH DEVELOPMENT, a national government agency responsible for ensuring access to basic public health services to all Filipinos through the provision of quality health care and regulation of health goods and services, with office address at Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City, herein represented by JOSHUA G. BRILLANTES, MD, MPH, CESE in his capacity as Officer in Charge –Regional Director of Zamboanga Peninsula-Center for Health Development, and hereafter referred to as “FIRST PARTY” for the transfer of funds in the amount of P724,500.00 to the SECOND PARTY to cover the cost of the grant of MAT (Meals, Accommodation and Transportation) benefits chargeable against the Other Operating Expenses, Quick Response Funds under SARO No. BMB-B-21-0002785 dated June 03-2021 Contingency Funds;

PAMARAN and hereinafter referred to as the “PSA” for the conduct of Mobile Registration in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to increase civil registration in marginalized communities, particularly those belonging to the Indigenous Peoples (IP), Muslim Filipinos and the poorest sector;
