Approving EXECOM Resolution No. 04-2022, re: Resolution adopting the LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL 007-S-2022 – A resolution accepting the 5% share of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund amounting to Php175,000.00 from the Supplemental Budget No. 3 or additional realized income and approving the utilization of the entire 70% of 5% share for the procurement of fuel and oil for DRRM use;

Granting financial assistance to LUME M. JUYOD, uncle of BAMBY H. SULTAN, a resident of Purok 1, Bawang, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor and MR. RUDY S. MAQUILING, Municipal Treasurer to reactivate the GPBD Trust Fund Account bearing Account No. 2852-1109-13 and MDF Trust Fund with Account No. 2852-1119-36 with Land Bank of the Philippines, Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

RESOLUTION TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE FROM THE PHILIPPINE CENTER FOR POSTHARVEST DEVELOPMENT AND MECHANIZATION THRU THE RICE COMPETITIVENESS ENHANCEMENT FUND- MECHANIZATION COMPONENT

Granting financial assistance to ISABEL E. SIOSE, mother of AZREEN JOYCE E. SIOSE, a resident of Purok 22, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving and granting the application for accreditation of Sibuguey Valley Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SIVAMPCO) in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving the application for subdivision of Buug Employees Home Owners Association, INC. (BEHOAI) of Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan, Subdivision with Housing Component located at Compostela, this Municipality, having an area of NINETY FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY TWO (94,592) square meters

Authorizing Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, in her capacity as Municipal Mayor, Honorable Jonam R. Lagas, Municipal Vice-Mayor, in his capacity as Municipal Vice-Mayor, Mr. Rudy S. Maquiling, Municipal Treasurer as the Principal Signatories, in all bank transactions with Land Bank of the Philippines, Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and Mrs. Jean M. Sipin, OIC- Municipal Assistant Treasurer as alternate signatory of the Municipal Treasurer in his absence;

Approving the request of DR. ABDANI D. BANDERA, Vice Chancellor, MSU Buug Campus, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the research proposal entitled “Soil Analysis and Land Management Practices in Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay”: Towards an Integrated Sustainable Agro-Ecosystem Modeling Approach subject to the availability of funds;
