Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Agutayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to accept the Deed of Donation for and in behalf of the Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay from the Donor, Honorable Jonam R. Lagas, a portion of land to be used exclusively for the construction of Buug Sports Dome located at Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting monetary assistance in the amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) for those who are affected of the concreting of Local Access Road leading to Buug Bat Cave intended for the construction of their new individual houses, to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds to wit: 1. Requesting HONORABLE DULCE ANN HOFER, Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to allow Local Government Unit (LGU) of Buug to operate mountain quarry located at Barangay Talairan, this Municipality owned by Carolina Sanchez;

Granting financial assistance to RONILA A. FUENTES, mother of DRYSTAN A. FUENTES, a resident of Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requesting PNP Provincial Director, POLICE COLONEL EDUARD PADILLA MALLO to appoint POLICE MAJOR MANOLO TORREFRANCA ECHEM, Acting Chief of Police of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to CHIEF OF POLICE, Buug Municipal Police Station, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to ALVIN TAGBO, father of the late ANNABELLIA A. TAGBO, a resident of Purok 4, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving 2022 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Danlugan, this municipality

Granting financial assistance to JENELYN C. BORRE, wife of the late DANRIB M. MIRAS, a resident of Purok 4, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Danlugan, this municipality

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Bulaan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Endorsing Resolution No. 03- series of 2022 from Buug National High School Employees Association (BNHSEA) - Resolution requesting the office of the Provincial Governor of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to fund or donate open pavement, covered court, and addition school building for the following purposes: 1. Open Pavement - for school recreational facility to draw and develop student's talents, skills, and potentials. 2. Covered Court - for school sports facility to draw and develop student's ability and talent for sports. 3. Additional School Building - to cater the need of the school for additional classrooms due to the increasing population of the students.

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Talairan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Endorsing Resolution No. 03- series of 2022 from Buug National High School Employees Association (BNHSEA) - Resolution requesting the office of the Congressional Representative, First District of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to fund or donate open pavement, covered court, and addition school building for the following purposes:
