Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-005-2022, re: Resolution adopting the MPOC Resolution No. 02-2022- resolution approving the realignment of some unexpended allocations of various projects and programs under the POPS Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for CY 2022;

Approving EXECOM Reso No. 09-2022, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental AIP No. 5 (Please see attached copy);

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Datu Panas, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving EXECOM Reso No. 08-2022, re: Resolution adopting the LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL 012-S-2022 – Resolution accepting the 5% share of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund amounting to Php75,000.00 from the Supplemental Budget No. #4 or additional realized income and approving the utilization of the entire 70% of 5% share, purposely to augment the budget allocation for the repair of the rescue vehicle;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas for the renewal of SEVEN (7) contracts of services for the above-mentioned persons to commence on July 1, 2022 up to December 31, 2022;

Approving EXECOM Reso No. 07-2022, re: Resolution adopting the MGFPS Resolutions No. 06-2022- Resolution realigning the amount of Sixty Five Thousand (P65,000.00) from EBPL-Internet connectivity to travelling expenses and MGFPS No. 08-2022- Resolution realigning the amount of Three Hundred Thousand (P300,000.00) from Shelter Home Amenities to Installation of Steel Gate of Shelter

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of ARCHITECT MARICRIS D. CABURNAY – as Architect to be assigned at the Office of the Municipal Engineer effective July 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022;

Favorably endorsing Resolution No. 07-S-2022 from the LIGA NG MGA BARANGAY CAPTAINS, requesting the Provincial Governor, Dr. Dulce Ann K. Hofer, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to re-open the mountain quarry at Barangay Talairan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Endorsing the Seventy Five (75) active BHW’s of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to the Provincial Government of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay for the inclusion on the list of recipients of Provincial honorarium;

Requesting the Department of Health (DOH) - Zamboanga Peninsula Center, Zamboanga City represented by JOSHUA G. BRILLANTES, MD., MPH, CESE, OIC-Director IV for the establishment of the Buug Super Health Center as a Primary Care Facility;

Endorsing the proposed project – Construction of Municipal Park chargeable against the LGSF-FA to LGUs under the FY 2022 GAA, Republic Act No. 11639 and authorizes the undersigned to implement the said project in the event of approval of funds release

Granting financial assistance to TEDDY QUIÑONES, close friend of the late HARRISON MAÑALAC, a resident of Purok 20, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving the request of MS. DIONESIA B. LAGAS to reclassify her lot from residential zone to commercial zone located at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving 2022 SK Annual Investment Plan and 2022 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Pamintayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving this Resolution interposing no objection to the Proposed Rice Mill and Grain Processing Project of Mr. Carlos G. Rubio, Jr. located at Purok 3, Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay PROVIDED that he shall be responsible for the possible approval of the land conversion from the Office of the Department of Agrarian Reform before introducing any structures and furnished the Sangguniang Bayan and MPDO a copy of the said documents for our perusal;
