Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-016-2022, re: Resolution approving the Annual Investment Plan CY 2023 of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2022 of Barangay Bag-ong Borbon, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-001-2022, re: Resolution adopting the Peace and Order Public Safety (POPS) Plan of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving MDC Resolution DBL-015A-2022, re; Resolution approving the 20% development fund for CY 2023 in the amount of Thirty-Two-Million Two Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Seventy-Eight Pesos & 80/100 (Php32,257,078.80);

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Bliss, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Adopting the Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) for the Term 2023 to 2025 of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to serve as development road map of the Local Government Unit (LGU);

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing Mr. Rudy S. Maquiling, Municipal Treasurer, in behalf of the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, to transact official business with the Registry of Deeds, Pagadian City to claim the Special Patent of the following: 1. LGU-Buug Municipal Hall Site - Lot/Survey No. 750-B-2, CSD-09-014389, containing an area of (0.7449) Hectare, located at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, Serial No. 00006114-83 and Patent No. SP-LGUZSI-0021 2. LGU-Buug Hospital Site - Lot/Survey No. 1051-Ts-365, containing an area of (0.5723) Hectare, located at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, Serial No. 00006113-49 and Patent No. SP-LGU-ZSI-0020

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Muyo, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect PROVIDED that the IP Activities be appropriated and be prioritized on the next Supplemental Budget;

Endorsing Resolution No. 01- series of 2022 from Buug National High School Employees Association (BNHSEA) requesting financial assistance to Hon. Wilter Y. Palma, Congressman, 1st District, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay through the Sangguniang Bayan of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the Construction of School Gymnasium with Bleacher of Buug National High School;

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Guitom, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Endorsing Board Resolution No. 02- series of 2022 from Del Monte National High School, Del Monte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay requesting Hon. Wilter Y. Palma, Congressman, 1st District, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay an allocation intended for the construction of Multi-Purpose Building;

Setting the time schedule of the Municipal Alarm System (SIREN) as stated above-mentioned;
