LGU BUUG

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Pulog, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2022 of Barangay Villacastor,

Requesting for the good office of the Department of Budget and Management through Secretary ATTY. TINA ROSE MARIE L. CANDA to allocate initial Ten Million Pesos Only (P10,000,000.00) for the above stated projects;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2022 of Barangay Poblacion,

Granting financial assistance to MOSMERA DUMAMBA, wife of the late MUSA DUMAMBA, a resident of Purok 1, Pulog, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2022 of Barangay Poblacion,

Adopting the Provincial Ordinance No. 2011-338 from the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, re: Veterinary Health and Sanitation Ordinance of Zamboanga Sibugay (Please see attached copy);

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2022 of Barangay Datu Panas,

Requesting TESDA Secretary, SEC. ISIDRO S. LAPEÑA, PhD. CSEE thru DIR. OMARKHAYYAM I. DALAGAN, MDM, JD, Provincial Director, TESDA-Zamboanga Sibugay, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay to avail TESDA Training Center Manage by Local Government Unit and assisted by the Provincial Training Center (PTC).

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2022 of Barangay Bliss,

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor to negotiate and enter into a contract of loan with the Land Bank of the Philippines for the financing and construction of the New Buug Memorial Park and for other purposes;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2022 of Barangay Talamimi,

Requesting HONORABLE WILTER YAP PALMA, Congressman, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to convert Buug National High School, Barangay Manlin, Buug Zamboanga Sibugay into Buug State College, Barangay Manlin, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay subject to all existing laws, rules and provision;

Approving and adopts the Local Climate Change Action Plan (LCCAP) 2022-2032 of LGU-Buug and appropriating funds thereof;

Endorsing Resolution No. 22-s-2022 from Barangay Talamimi, this Municipality, re: Resolution requesting HON. WILTER YAP PALMA, Provincial Governor, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay to allocate funds the amount of Two Million Pesos (P2,000,000.00) for Barangay Talamimi, Farm to Market Bridge from Purok 3 to Barangay Site;
