Approving and adopts the Public Financial Management Improvement Plan (PFMIP) for CY 2022-2024;

Granting financial assistance to SHERWIN S. SULTAN, husband of the late BAMBY HERNANDO SULTAN, a resident of Purok 1, Bawang, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Strongly endorsing MR. ROLAND P. ETA, OIC-Regional Director, DHSUD Region IX, and appoint as Regional Director, DHSUD, Region IX and with his qualification we are confident that he will be able to manage to the organization given his track record and level of competence;

Granting financial assistance to EDITHO L. MAMAC, brother of the late EDNA M. GARCIA, a resident of Purok 2, Guintuloan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with WILFREDO C. PALMA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, represented by HONORABLE ERIC YAP PALMA, Municipal Mayor of Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay for the medical services intended for Radiologic (X-RAY), Dental, Laboratory and Pharmacy;

Granting financial assistance to ROSEVIE V. MUÑEZ, auntie of the late MARJON VILLARTA, a resident of Purok 3, Basalem, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SETTLEMENTS AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, a national government agency with office address at Kalayaan Avenue corner Mayaman Street, Diliman, Quezon City, herein represented by SECRETARY JOSE RIZALINO L. ACUZAR, hereinafter referred to as the “DHSUD” for Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino: Zero ISF program for 2028”;

Granting financial assistance to ALLAN M. LISONDRA, father of the late ALVIN C. LISONDRA, a resident of Purok 7, Basalem, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Establishing and adopting the Local Cultural Inventory of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay of Calendar Year 2022;

Approving the request of MS. CHERYL N. MATILDO to allow her to construct a commercial building, specifically a convenient store within a residential zone area located at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Do not interpose any objection to the proposed National Housing Authority (NHA) for the Indigenous Peoples’ of the Municipality.

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay San Jose, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Requesting, HONORABLE WILTER YAP PALMA, Congressman, 1st District, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to allocate an amount of SEVENTY MILLION PESOS (P70,000,000.00) intended for the construction of “Lagas Sports Complex” located at Barangay Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Labrador, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Adopting the Integrated Coastal Management Plan 2023-2025, this municipality;
