UTLANG, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as Municipal Data Encoder/MDE effective November 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 with monthly salary amounting to P7,500.00 per month;

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Manlin, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of MS. SHERILYN B. GEPITULAN, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as Municipal Community Empowerment Facilitator/MCEF of KALAHI-CIDSS effective November 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 with monthly salary amounting to P7,500.00 per month;

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Guintoloan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of MR. FELIX C. TARIO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as Municipal Community Empowerment Facilitator/MCEF of KALAHI-CIDSS effective November 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 with monthly salary amounting to P7,500.00 per month;

Approving 2022 SK Annual Investment Plan and 2022 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Muyo, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Allowing the implementation of a CLUSTERED INTERVENTION FOR BARANGAY ROAD, CREEK & DRAINAGE CANAL CLEANING WITH COMMUNAL GARDENING AND TREE PLANTING THROUGH CASH FOR WORK PROGRAM for the 27 Barangays of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing the Rural Health Unit to open up the needed Primary Care Facilities under the management of the Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, to wit: a. RHU Buug Clinical Laboratory b. Medical X-Ray Facility c. Pharmacy Services d. Dental services e. Ambulance Provider f. Birthing Services

Granting financial assistance ZORAIDA SELEN, daughter of JULIETA SAILE, a resident of Purok 1, Manlin, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Confirming the appointment of Mr. Ceferino C. Puerto as Municipal Government Department Head I (Economic Enterprise Manager),Grade 24/1, this Municipality effective October 3, 2022;

Authorizing the Local Chief Executive HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with COMMUNITY BASED MONITORING SYSTEM (CBMS) Network Team represented by DR. CELIA M. REYES, Network Leader with principal office at the CBMS Network office, DLSU Angelo King Institute for Economic and Business Studies, 10th Floor Angelo King International Center, Estrada corner Arellano Sts., Malate, Manila, Philippines; DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT through the BUREAU OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT DEVELOPMENT (BLGD) represented by MS. ANNA LIZA F. BONAGUA, with principal office at DILG-Napolcom Center, Edsa corner Quezon Avenue, Quezon City Philippines; DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT, REGIONAL OFFICE, represented by PAISAL O.
