Approving and grant the application for accreditation of the AIMCOOP, Buug Branch Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to SYNDY J. CARAMPATAN, daughter of the late CYNDRIL J. CARAMPATAN, a resident of Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving 2022 SK Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Danlugan, this municipality

Granting financial assistance to MILA IBRAHIM, cousin of the late RUDY KAUT, a resident of Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving and grant the application for accreditation of Kababayan Riders Association for a New Cultural Harmony and Order, Inc. (KARANCHO, INC.), Barangay Chapter, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Endorsing the retention of HON. FERDAUSI S. CERNA as Regional Director, NCIP-Region IX, Pagadian City

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor to enter into loan with the Land Bank of the Philippines in the amount of ONE HUNDRED MILLION PESOS ONLY (PHP100,000,000.00) for the construction of Municipal Memorial Park and endorsing the same;

Granting financial assistance to ENOCENCIO EGOT, a resident of Purok 5, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for his medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Changing the location of the project from Barracks at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and PNP Sub- Station at Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to PNP –Substation at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and PNP-Mobile Force Barracks at Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to ROSALIE MANTIAD BANTILAN, sister of the late VICENTE MAGSAYO MANTIAD, a resident of Purok 4, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality to enter into a Contract of Services with ENGR. RICHARD C. TEVES, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with postal and residence address at Barra Balintawak, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte as Civil Engineer for the PRDP Sub-Project- Concreting of Agutayan Farm-to-Market Road effective October 3, 2022 to December 31, 2022;

Approving the application for alteration of Development Plan of Q&M Memorial Garden located at Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay

Approving 2022 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Bulaan, this municipality,

Approving 2022 Annual Investment Plan and 2022 Annual Budget of Barangay Compostela, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Changing the location of the project from Barracks at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and PNP Sub- Station at Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to PNP –Substation at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and PNP-Mobile Force Barracks at Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;
