Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-011-2022, re: Resolution adopting the PWD Resolution No. 1 series of 2022 – resolution allocating the .5% share of the Persons With Disability amounting to Php7,883.055 from additional realized income for procurement of printer;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE ENGR. JESSIE MHAR P. SABADO, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with postal and residence address at Barra Balintawak, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte as Document Officer for the PRDP Sub-Project- Concreting of Agutayan Farm-to-Market Road effective January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023

Approving MDC Reso No No. DBL-010-2022, re: Resolution adopting the Senior Citizen Resolution No. 2 series of 2022 – resolution allocating the .5% share of the Senior Citizen amounting to Php7,883.055 from additional realized income for procurement of printer;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of ARCHITECT MARICRIS D. CABURNAY – as Architect to be assigned at the Office of the Municipal Engineer effective January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-009-2022, re: Resolution adopting the MGFPS Resolution No. 02-2022 and 04-2022, to wit: 1. MGFPS Resolution No. 02-2022. A Resolution Realigning the allocation of LGU-GAD CBMS allocation in the amount of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (P1,300,000.00); 2. MGFPS Resolution No. 04-2022. A Resolution allocating the additional realized Supplemental GAD Budget in the amount of Seventy Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Pesos and 55/100 (p78,830.55);

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE- Regional Field Office IX, an agency of the government with office address in Lenienza, Pagadian City represented by DENNIS R. ARPIA, Regional Executive Director, Department of Agriculture, for the implementation of the cattle (20 heads) raising for (Fattening) Project under the Livelihood Economic Enterprise Development (LEED) under the National Livelihood program with a total project cost of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1,500,000.00);

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-008-2022, re: Resolution adopting the 2023 GAD Plan and Budget in the amount of Nine Million Two Hundred Twenty Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Six & 85/100 only (P9,220,546.85);

Granting the application of JEREMY O PABLO, a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay a franchise to establish, operate and maintain a cockpit arena at Barangay Bag-ong Borbon, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-007-2022, re: Resolution adopting the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Resolution Nos. DBL 004-S2022, DBL 005-S2022 and DBL 006-S2022, to wit: 1. Resolution No. DBL 004-S2022. A Resolution authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the unexpended balances and/or Special Trust Fund of the LDRRM as of January 2022 amounting to Php585,333.45 with corresponding budget allocations for LDRRM activities; 2. Resolution No. DBL 005-S2022. A Resolution accepting the 5% share of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund amounting to Php78,830.55 from the Supplemental Budget No. 1 or additional realized income and approving the utilization of the entire 70% of 5% share for the financial assistance to Calamity Victims; 3. Resolution No. DBL 006-S2022. A Resolution approving the realignment of funds from the savings and continuing funds of various LDRRM Projects and Programs amounting to Php206,520.58 and further authorizing the Loca! Chief Executive to disburse the same;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-006-2022, re: Resolution adopting the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Annual Investment Plan for Year 2023;

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND
