Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY – ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY PROVINCIAL OFFICE, a government agency duly organized and existing under the laws of the Philippines, with principal office address at 2F Montebello Building, Poblacion, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay herein represented by its Provincial Director, MR. MARLON A. ALABATA, and hereinafter referred to as “DTI-ZSPO” for the establishment of Negosyo Center for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay from January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025;

Adopting the Provincial Ordinance No. 2022-614 dated January 30, 2023, re: An Ordinance institutionalizing a drug – free workplace in the Local Government of Zamboanga Sibugay and appropriating funds for the implementation thereof;

Approving 2023 Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Labrador, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Budget of Barangay Datu Panas, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Budget of Barangay Guintoloan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Budget of Barangay Talairan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Budget of Barangay San Jose, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Budget of Barangay Manlin, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, representing the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to enter into MOA with the DICT and to adopt/implement the iBPLS: Business Permit with Barangay Clearance Building Permit and Certificate of Occupancy Modules;

Approving 2023 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Danlugan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Datu Panas, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Guintoloan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Investment Plan of Barangay San Jose, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Investment Plan of Barangay Talairan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2023 Annual Budget of Barangay Bulaan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
