SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET OF THE GENERAL FUND

Approving the Local Investment Plan for Health 2023-2025, this Municipality;

Affirming the Resolution passed and approved by Federation of Elderly Association of Buug, re: Resolution No. 01-series of 2022, resolution approving the collection of Php100.00 as payment for the lost Senior Citizen I.D Card and secure official receipt from the Municipal Treasurer’s Office;

Approving the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management for the Health Plan CY 2023-2025, this Municipality;

Allocating an Annual Operation and Maintenance Funds in the amount of Thirty Thousand Pesos (P30,000.00) for KALAHI CIDSS KKB complete projects;

Approving the Local Nutrition Action Plan (LNAP) 2023-2025, this Municipality;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to extend financial assistance to ASF Victims Backyard Hog Raisers of the following names with corresponding amount charge to Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management (LDRRM) Fund; (see hereto attached copy).

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE with ENGR. RICHARD C. TEVES, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with Postal and residence address at Pagadian City as Civil Engineer for the PRDP Sub-Project- Concreting of Agutayan Farm-to-Market Road effective January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023;

Granting financial assistance to LORNA E. BALILI, wife of GARNET PATAY BALILI, a resident of Purok 5, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving EXECOM Resolution No. 11, series of 2022, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental AIP No. 6;

Granting financial assistance to REYNALDO P. ARAÑADOR, husband of the late ESTRELLA P. ARAÑADOR, a resident of Purok 5, Pling, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving EXECOM Resolution No. 10, series of 2022, re: Resolution adopting the MGFPS Resolution No. 010-2022- Resolution realigning the amount of One Million Six Hundred Thousand (P1,600,000.00) from GAD programs/projects/activities to rehabilitation of Delmonte-Guitom access road (Delmonte Junction).

Granting financial assistance to KRISTINA CASSANDRA C. LUMICAY, sister of the late KEVIN A. SENO, a resident of Purok 15, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas for the renewal of SEVEN (7) contracts of services to commence on January 1, 2023 up to June 30, 2023;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-013-2022, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 2 for CY 2022;
