Granting financial assistance to NORAISAH MANGUDA, daughter of the late IBRAHIM MANGUDA, a resident of Purok 6, Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to SERACIO G. SABAT, father of JOLINA P. SABAT (Patient), a resident of Purok 5, Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality to pay the honorarium of DR. ALDWIN MARK H. BALBOSA, under the Doctor to the Barrios (DTTB) Program for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay charge to current appropriations of the Municipal Health Office from November 8, 2021 up to December 31, 2022 in the amount of P20,000.00 per month;

Interposing objection to the conduct of E-Billard Operations under the LUCKY TAYA GAMING CORPORATION in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Interposing objection to the operation of GOLDEN 74 Amusement and Management Corporation as the Small Town Lottery Authority Agent Corporation (STL-AAC) in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibgay;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality to enter into a Contract of Services with FRITZ AYLLA EMORECHA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with postal address and residence address at Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay – as PHARMACIST IV effective August 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 with a monthly salary of P29,798.00;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality to enter into a Contract of Services with QUEENIE M. CABAYARAN, of legal age, Filipino, single, and with postal address and residence address at Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay – as RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST II effective September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 with a monthly salary of P22,190.00;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality to enter into a Contract of Services with DR. ROGER G. TOG, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with postal and residence address at Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay – as DENTIST IV effective September 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 with a monthly salary of P69,963.00;

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 03 OF THE GENERAL FUND.

Authorizing Mr. Rudy S. Maquiling, Municipal Treasurer, this Municipality to transfer the savings from the LGU Counterpart in the respective completed projects held in trust as of August 30, 2023 to General Fund, to wit: TRUST FUND NO.
