LGU BUUG

Granting financial assistance to NIGEL A. SUMALPONG (calamity victim), a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the augmentation of construction materials to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing, Ms. Merlita M. Revelo, Private Secretary, in behalf of the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, to transact official business with the Registry of Deeds, Pagadian City to claim the Special Patent of the following: 1. LGU-Buug Municipal Gym Site - Lot/Survey No. 529, Ts-356, containing an area of (2,013) Square Meters, located at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay with Tax Declaration No. 02-0001-000487; 2. LGU-Buug Public Market Site – Lot/Survey No. 1033, Ts-356, containing an area of (12,345) Square Meters, located at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay with Tax Declaration No. 02-0001-00558; 3. LGU-Buug Dumpsite – Lot/Survey 1194-A, Csd-09-010551, containing an area of (9,022) Square Meters, located at Bag-ong Borbon, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugaty with Tax Declaration No. 02-0003-00216;

Granting financial assistance to ERMA C. TARING, wife of the late DANILO CAMAS TARING, a resident of Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Allowing the Municipal Assessor, this Municipality to utilize the allocated amount of One Million Eight Hundred Ninety Pesos (P1,890,000.00) intended for the General Revision Assessment;

Temporarily close Silupa Beach, located at Barangay Bawang, Buug, Zamnoanga Sibugay due to prevalent and hazardous presence of the killer jellyfish or salabay”;

Authorizing, as this August Body hereby authorized Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Health, Regional Office, IX, a government agency of the Republic of the Philippines created pursuant to Executive Order 94 s. 1947 and Executive Order No. 102 s. 1999, with principal office address at Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City herein represented by JOSHUA G. BRILLANTES, MD. MPH, CESO IV, OIC-Director IV, Region IX, hereinafter referred to as the DOH RO. IX for the Implementation of Integrated Clinic Information System (iClinicSys);

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor this Municipality to enter and sign into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Philippine Coast Guard, Coast Guard District Southern Mindanao at Naval Station Romulo Espaldon, Bagong Calarian, Zamboanga City for Philippine Coast Guard Sub Station located at Sitio Margal, Barangay Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor this Municipality to enter and sign into a Deed of Usufruct with the Philippine Coast Guard, Coast Guard District Southern Mindanao at Naval Station Romulo Espaldon, Bagong Calarian, Zamboanga City for the Use of portion of the Mini-Ice Plant Building located at Sitio Margal, Barangay Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor this Municipality to enter and sign into a Deed of Usufruct with the Philippine Coast Guard, Coast Guard District Southern Mindanao at Naval Station Romulo Espaldon, Bagong Calarian, Zamboanga City for the Use of portion of the Mini-Ice Plant Building located at Sitio Margal, Barangay Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Commending the achievement of GRACIE NICOLE A. GAKO for winning Bronze Medal in Taekwondo (Light Middle Weight Category) representing Region IX in the recent Palarong Pambansa 2023;

Granting financial assistance to GERLINDA H. LAPASARAN, wife of the late RODOLFO M. LAPASARAN, a resident of Purok 6, Pulog, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for his burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to RONILA A. FUENTES, sister-in-law of NILDA T. ALARCON (Patient), a resident of Purok 3, Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to EDUARDO CABUSAS, father of ARLOU S. CABUSAS (Patient), a resident of Purok 26, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to NILA B. ORNOPIA, sister of FIDEL BANAGAN (Patient), a resident of Guminta, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to NILA B. ORNOPIA, sister of FIDEL BANAGAN (Patient), a resident of Guminta, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
