Approving, as this August Body hereby approved 2023 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to TERESITA ANTIN, mother of BABY CORA G. ORDIZ, sister of RENE P. GUARDIARIO, a resident of Purok 4, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to JUNMARK B. SIETE, nephew of DANCELO G. GACUTAN, a resident of Purok 5, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Datu Panas, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

eclaring the Quarantine Facility located at BIADC, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as Bahay Silangan for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Adopting the Executive Order No. 141-2021 from Malacañan Palace, Manila, re: adopting as a National Priority the Implementation of Measures to Address the Root Causes on the Rising Number of Teenage Pregnancies;

Requesting CSUPT. LOUIE SURALTA PURACAN, CEO VI, Chief, Bureau of Fire Protection, (BFP) National Headquarters, Agham Road, Barangay Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City through ATTY. WILTER YAP PALMA, Congressman, 1st District, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay for One (1) Fire Truck for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Mabuhay, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Requesting Bawang Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association (BARBA) located at Sitio Silupa, Bawang, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the approval of Tourism Development of Silupa beach, Bawang, Zamboanga Sibugay Province through a “Joint Venture”;

Interposing objection to all who will apply for Special Used Application for Protected Area (SAPA) under Dumanquillas Bay Protected Landscape and Sea Scape (DBPLS) Coastal Barangays Pulog, Pamintayan, Bawang and San Jose, all of this Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Requesting the PAMB approval for SPECIAL USED APPLICATION FOR PROTECTED AREA (SAPA) on Tourism Developments for Barangays Pulog, Pamintayan, Bawang and San Jose, all of this Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Establishing Philippine Coast Guard Detachment and Office at portion of the Mini-Ice Plant Building, Sitio Margal, Barangay Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for maintenance of Peace and Order thereat;

Authorizing LGU-Buug through the Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to operate mobile x-ray machine for the clienteles of RHU-Buug;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Pulog, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Talamimi, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
