Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-011-2023, re: Resolution adopting MGFPS Resolution Nos. 08-2023 & 09-2023, to wit: 1. MGFPS Resolution No. 08-2023. A Resolution realigning the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (P500,000.00) from LGU Wellness and One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00) from You-For-You Training to LGU GAD CBMS for P558,000.00 and MGFPS enhancement training P42,000.00; 2. MGFPS Resolution No. 09-2023. A Resolution allocating the additional realized Supplemental GAD Budget in the amount of One Hundred Thirty Thousand (P130,000.00) Pesos Only;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-010-2023, re: Resolution adopting the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Resolution Nos. DBL 005-S2023 & DBL 10-S2023, to wit: 1. Resolution No. DBL 005-S2023. A Resolution amending LDRRMC Resolution No. 005-2019 and imposing new schedule of rate for financial assistance to any calamity/disaster/victim/s within the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay; 2. Resolution No. DBL-10-S2023. A Resolution accepting the 5% share of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund amounting to Php130,000.00 from the supplemental No. 3 or additional realize income and approving the utilization of the entire 70% of 5% share for the fabrication of 3x5 ten for DRRM Use;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Bulaan, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Compostela, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Labrador, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2023 of Barangay Delmonte, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving SK Supplemental Budget No. 02-2023 of Barangay Guminta, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect; in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Creating/establishing the Evacuation Center Management Team of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (LDRRMC) of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay which shall be composed of the following: Over-all in charge of the Evacuation Center: 1. Camp Coordination and Management Cluster – Member Clusters: 1. Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Cluster – MHO, MEO, ESWM, MBO 2. Health Cluster – MHO, MSWDO 3. Logistic Cluster - MSWDO, MAO MNAO 6.Protection, Safety and Security Cluster – PNP/BFP, Reservist, LDRRMO, MEO, BDRRMC 7. Nutrition Cluster - MNAO, MHO, MSWDO

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2023 of Barangay Lantawan, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2023 of Barangay Bliss, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2023 of Barangay Guminta, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Pamintayan, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to MARISSA D. ENTERINA mother of YUNG SUN DELA TORI ENTERINA (patient), a resident of Purok 6, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to LEAH MORONG, niece of the late YOLANDA CASTILLO, a resident of Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to MYRNA M. PINOTE (patient), a resident of Lantawan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
