Granting financial assistance to LEAH MORONG, cousin of the late JERIC A. VALERIANO, a resident of Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ARCELYN C. LAGUMBAY, live-in-partner/common law of ROY B. BERANO (patient), a resident of Purok 4, Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ADAM BRIAN A. GALLEPOS, son of LIDA A. GALLEPOSO (patient), a resident of Purok 4, Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 03-2023 of Barangay Bliss, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Requesting Vice President of the Republic of the Philippines SARA DUTERTE CARPIO, Secretary, Department of Education to allocate funds for the construction of New School Buildings of the following, to wit: NAME OF SCHOOL UNIT ROOM Buug Pilot Central School, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay 2 units 20 rooms Delmonte Elementary School, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay 1 unit 10 rooms Manlin Elementaru School, Manlin, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay 1 unit 10 rooms Villacastor National High School, Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay 1 unit 10 rooms

Granting financial assistance to ROGER G. CEDEÑO, step father of AZYNETTE CASPE (patient), a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Local School Board Resolution No. 04-2023, re: A Resolution approving the application to open Multi-Grade level of Guintoloan Primary School for the school year 2023-2024 located at Guitom, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Local School Board Resolution No. 04-2023, re: A Resolution approving the application to open Multi-Grade Level of Guitom Primary School for the school year 2023-2024 located at Guitom, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Local School Board Resolution No. 03, series of 2023, re: A Resolution appoving the application to open multi-grade level of Danlugan Primary School for the school year 2023-2024 located at Danlugan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Granting financial assistance to GERARDO T. SUMIGNAN, a resident of Purok 2, Labrador, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (P7,000.00) for the calamity/disaster victim whose house was gutted by fire during the fire incident that transpired on or about 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon last September 27, 2023 to be taken from the LDRRM Funds;

Granting financial assistance to RONNIE B. DEMAYO, (patient), a resident of Barangay Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for his medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving and adopting MDC Resolution No. DBL-022 series of 2023, re: Resolution realigning the unexpended allocation under the 20% Development Fund for Barangay Lantawan from Construction of Water System Level 1 – Lantawan amounting to Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00) to Improvement of Multi-Purpose Building;

Approving and adopted MDC Resolution No. DBL-021 series of 2023, re: Resolution approving the Annual Investment Plan for CY 2024 of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving and adopted MDC Resolution No. DBL-020 series of 2023, re: Resolution approving the 20% Development Fund for CY 2024 in the amount of Thirty-Four Million Two Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos & 20/100 (Php34,261,399.20);

Approving and adopted MDC Reso. No. DBL-019 series of 2023, re: approving the Annual Investment Plan for CY 2024 of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;
