RESOLUTION NO. 313-2023 APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL NO. 04-2023 OF THE GENERAL FUND

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-028-2023, re: Resolution adopting the Local Youth Development Plan for CY 2023-2025;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-027-2023, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 6 for CY 2023;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-026-2023, re: Resolution adopting the MGFPS Resolution No. 10-2023 – Resolution realigning the amount of P50,000.00 from current year’s appropriation for the conduct of Mass Wedding to GFPS Enhancement Program;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-025-2023, re: Resolution adopting the MPOC Resolution No. 03-2023 – Resolution approving the realignment of some unexpended allocation and savings amounting to Two Hundred Seventy-Two to purchase patrol boat and augment the allocation for sports activities;

Approving Barangay Ordinance No. 1-S-2023 of Bag-ong Borbon, this Municipality, re: An Ordinance imposing fees and charges to all water subscribers, level 3 services initiated by Barangay Government of Barangay Bag-ong Borbon, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality on behalf of the Municipal Government of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to assign and turnover creative assets and materials of the Local Government Unit to the Department of Tourism and to sign a waiver of liability;

Approving the application for accreditation of BUUG OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKERS ASSOCIATION (BOFWA) as a legitimate Rural Workers Organization in this municipality;

Granting financial assistance to ELISA R. TAÑOLA, a resident of Purok 5, Basalem, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P8,000.00) for the calamity/disaster victim whose house was gutted by fire during the fire incident that transpired on or about 7:30 o’clock in the evening last October 31, 2023 to be taken from the LDRRM Funds;

Granting financial assistance to NELLY M. DOLOROSA, a resident of Purok 5, Delmonte, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the calamity/disaster victim whose house was gutted by fire during the fire incident that transpired on or about 8:54 o’clock in the evening last October 20, 2023 to be taken from the LDRRM Funds;

Granting financial assistance to NEPTHALIE T. PANSA, daughter of the late ALFONSO CONCILLADO CASIL, a resident of Purok 5, Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ALBERTO S. DACLES, step father of LORELYN D. NITUDA (patient), a resident of Purok 5, Muyo, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Agutayan, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Adopting and approving MDC Reso No. DBL-023, series of 2023, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 5 for CY 2023;

Granting financial assistance to MERCIDITA ALORSAVIS, sister of the late MARDY PELA PEÑA, a resident of Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
