Approving Supplemental Budget No. 03-2023 of Barangay Mabuhay, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to REY BONGCAWEL TOLEDO, (patient), a resident of Purok 2, Barangay Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for his medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Earnestly requesting for the appointment of a Rural Health Physician under the DTTB Program to augment the Rural Health Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in providing health care services to our constituents since we only have one (1) doctor in the Municipal Health Office catering Thirty Eight Thousand (38,000) populace;

Authorizing Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to apply for land use conversion of the New Cemetery Site of LGU Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay from Agricultural Use to Institutional Use.

Granting financial assistance to GAUDENCIA G. ARMERO, father of the CECILIA ARMERO (patient), a resident of Purok 4, Barangay San Jose, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ZOHAN RYCH R. VERBO (patient), a resident of Purok 2, Barangay San Jose, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-18 series of 2023, re: adopting the Local Culture and the Arts Plan and Budget for CY 2024;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-015 series of 2023, re: adopting the Plan and Budget for CY 2024 of the Senior Citizen and PWD of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-014 series of 2023, re: adopting the Plan and Budget for CY 2024 of the Local Council for the Protection of Children of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-013 series of 2023, re: adopting the 2024 GAD Plan and Budget in the amount of P10,065,349.80;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2023 of Barangay Manlin, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full

Approving additional issuance of Two Hundred (200) MTOP exclusive to new applicants PROVIDED, to wit: a. That it will only be granted to new applicants and there must be no existing units. b. That they must seek records from the Municipal Treasurer’s Office that there is no unpaid obligations. c. That the unit must be painted in the prescribed color and d. Must be in running condition.

Interposing no objection for the construction of 1-Storey Warehouse Building of Joven U. Largo, Jr., located at Purok 21-A, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay which falls within a residential zone;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2023 of Barangay Guintoloan, this municipality declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to PLECITA C. MALAGUM, common law wife of FRANKIE CADUSALE PERALTA, a resident of Purok 6, Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for his medical to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
