Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with TAGUM COOPERATIVE, a cooperative duly existing and organized by virtue of Philippine laws with address at Dona Regina Dalisay Avenue, Tagum City, Davao del Norte represented herein by BOD Chairperson, NENITA R. MALBAS, CPA, hereinafter to as THE FIRST PARTY for the grant of salary loan to the qualified staff and employees, elective and appointive officials, this Municipality;

Granting financial assistance to MARALIZA B. DAULONG, mother of JOHNREY B. DAULONG (patient), a resident of Purok 1, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with ST. JOHN GENERAL HOSPITAL OF BUUG, INC., a level 1 Private Hospital, registered under laws of the Philippines with DOH License No. 09-0053-22-1-2, situated in Purok 13, National Highway, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, represented herein by its MEDICAL DIRECTOR DR. MABINI M. CAMAS, MD., of legal age and with postal address at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the transportation and evacuation of patients of the RHU-Buug Birthing Facility who needs to be transferred to another hospital for further medical attention;

SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 5, SERIES OF 2023 OF THE GENERAL FUND

Emphasizing the Sharing Schemes Accumulated thru Social Health Insurance Coverage and Benefits for Women about to give birth Reversion 1;

Granting financial assistance to MARY JANE SOTILLEZA, daughter of the late RICARDO BAYLON, a resident of Purok 2, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with BUUG MUNICIPAL POLICE, STATION, with Office address at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, represented by PMAJ MANOLO T. ECHEM, and herein referred to as BUUG MPS; the COMMUNITY, represented by HONORABLE KEITH JONES B. LAGAS, Liga Ng Mga Barangay with office address at barangay Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay herein after referred to as Community; and The NATIONAL POLICE COMISION, represented by ATTY. PABLITO M. ABAD, JR., with office address at Gumialo Building, Zulieta Street, San Jose, Pagadian City herein after referred to as NAPOLCOM to implement information, education and communication activities for the effective implementation of the CSOP programs, projects and Peace & Order Public Safety (POPS) Plan of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality for the renewal of CONTRACT OF SERVICES to commence on January 1, 2024 up to June 30, 2023, of this municipality for the following to wit: 1. Jestoni Moncada -Heavy Equipment Road Roller Compactor Operator and other related Duties and Functions 2. Rosalio Romero -Heavy Equipment Mechanic 3. Marvin Murayao -Backhoe Operator 4. Alfredo Conui, Jr. -Heavy and Light Equipment Mechanic 5. Danilo Sayson -Heavy and Light Radiator Mechanic 6. Ramil Econar -Heavy and Light Equipment Electrician 7. Noel Guigayoma Catipay –Heavy and Light Equipment Body Builder

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-029, series of 2023, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 7 for CY 2023;

Granting incentives to all appointed Barangay Workers who are still in service as of November 20, 2023 in the amount not exceeding One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00);

Authorizing the Honorable Municipal Mayor, Dionesia B. Lagas to purchase the lot located at Barangay Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay containing an area of TEN THOUSAND (10,000) Square Meters more or less with the prevailing market value of Eight Hundred Pesos (P 800.00) per square meter;

Approving the Development Plan of Buug Memorial Park;

Endorsing the conversion of BUUG BYPASS ROAD into National Roads;

Returning the PSB Endorsement of the appointment of MR. MARLON I. GREGORIO as Municipal Government Department Head 1, (LDRRMO), this Municipality effective December 1, 2023 to the Personnel Selection Board (PSB) through the Municipal Government Department Head-1 (HRMO);

Granting financial assistance in the total amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.00) to the following badminton players, to wit: 1. KEITH WARREN M. CATIIL - P10,000.00 2. DERWIN JAY M. SIPIN - P10,000.00 3. JOHN HAROLD A. OBEREZ - P10,000.00 4. JOHN LOYD M. BRIONES - P10,000.00 5. JESSIE SON C. TAN-AWON, JR. - P10,000.00
