Granting financial assistance to IMELDA S. ABELARDE, sister-in-law of JANNIFER A. SORIANO (patient), a resident of Purok 25, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to JOLINA DELA CERNA CONCERNMAN, daughter of ROMULO A. ALIMANZA (patient), a resident of Purok 7, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of SIX THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P6,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing Honorable DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor to negotiate and enter into loan with THE LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES in the amount of TWO-HUNDRED MILLION PESOS ONLY (P200, 000,000.00) for the construction of function hall building, swimming pools, and other amenities for the BUUG RESORT located at Sitio Silupa, Bawang, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay

Approving and adopting and adopting R.A. No. 10152 known as “implementation of basic immunization services for infants and children;

Earnestly requests ENGR. REY F. JANOLINO, District Engr., 1st Engineering District, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay to continue the construction of the flood control construction at the same time appropriate an amount from the existing budget to straighten/realign the upper stream to give an easy flow of water going to the lower stream and to maintain and protect the one (1) kilometer distance from the KJBL Sand and Gravel permittee so as not to disrupt their existing operation;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICE of ARCHITECT MARICRIS D. CABURNAY – as Architect to be assigned at the Office of the Municipal Engineer with a monthly salary of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P30,000.00) effective January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this Municipality to enter into a Contract of Services with MIKE CARPENTEROS, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with postal and residence address at Poblacion, Buug as Aircon Technician with a monthly Salary of P10,000.00 effective January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024;

Earnestly requesting for the retention of ENGR. MOHAMMAD NUR S. DAWANI, MPA, concurrent OIC, Land Transportation Office, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Requesting HIS EXCELLENCY PRESIDENT FERDINAND ROMUALDEZ MARCOS, JR., to declare 26th of February of every year as a Special Non-Working Holiday for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, in view of the celebration of its founding anniversary and BOG Festival;

Granting financial assistance to JANE NNYNA, mother of MACARIUS JACE M. LEBITA (patient), a resident of Purok 12, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to VIOLETA AMBONGAN, daughter-in-law of the late LYDIA A. AMBONGAN, a resident of Guminta, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Earnestly requesting HONORABLE CONGRESSMAN WILTER Y. PALMA, 1st District Representative of Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to accommodate the possible re-assignment of FCSUPT. ALMA GRAN ABACAHIN, DSC and be given the chance to hold the position as Regional Director of Region IX of Bureau of Fire Protection;

Requesting PBGEN BOWENN JOEY M. MASAUDING, PNP Regional Director to allow the following PNP Personnel to return to MPS Buug, to wit; 1. PSSg JASPER O. PABLO 2. PSSg Julito T. Hampong 3. PMSg Vernon T. Tарос

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with CECILIA MINDANAO ACADEMY (CMA) of CULINARY ARTS, INC., represented by LEO JOSE L. JUMAWAN, School President, and a resident of Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay on Job Linkages/Partnership for the On-The-Job Training (OJT) and referrals and job placements;
