Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Delmonte, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 03-2020 of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2019 of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2019 of Barangay Basalem, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Bulaan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Requesting EMILIA P. MONICIMPO. MD., MPH, CSEE, DIRECTOR IV, Department Of Health, Regional Office Ix Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City for a Physician to be assigned in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay under the Doctors to the Barrio (DTTB) of the Department of Health;

Authorizing the Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, in her capacity as Municipal Mayor, this municipality, Mr. Felix S. Trapa, in his capacity as OIC - Municipal Treasurer and Mary Magdalyn T. Reganion, CPA, in her capacity as Municipal Accountant, hereinafter referred to as the “Trustee” to enter into Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Land Bank of the Philippines, Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay (A Development Bank), represented by its Branch Manager, Mr. Elmer L. Abenoja, hereinafter referred to as the “Lender-Bank” for automatic payroll deduction on salary loan to the permanent/regular employees of LGU Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the Municipal Health Officer, ADELAIDA G. GUERRERO to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with St. John General Hospital, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, represented by DRA. JANICE G. VERGARA, MD. FPROGS, FPSMO6, Medical Director for the referral and further management of both and the newborn needing higher levels of maternal and neonatal care respectively;

Authorizing the OIC Municipal Health Officer, ADELAIDA G. GUERRERO to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with St. John General Hospital, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, represented by DRA. JANICE G. VERGARA, MD. FPROGS, FPSMO6, Medical Director for the affiliation of Municipal Health Office to a hospital with license radiology facility;

Authorizing Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of Health, Regional Office, IX, a government agency of the Republic of the Philippines created pursuant to Executive Order 94 s. 1947 and Executive Order No. 102 s. 1999, with principal office address at Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City herein represented by EMILIA P. MONICIMPO. MD., MPH, CSEE, Director IV, Regional Office IX hereinafter referred to as the DOH RO. for the Implementation of the Integrated Clinic Information System (iClinicSys);

Requesting HONORABLE WILTER YAP PALMA, Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay and HONORABLE SHARKY PALMA, Congressman, 1st District, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to establish a satellite office at the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Endorsing the financial request of KRIS S. DOLOROSA to HONORABLE SHARKY PALMA, Congressman, 1st District of Zamboanga Sibugay for the operation of the mandibular mass at the left side of her face with the prayer that the request contained therein be given utmost and favorable action;

Granting financial assistance to JESSIE S. GUILAYAN, son of the late MANDAS GUILAYAN TILING of Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing the Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM, a government-owned and controlled corporation duly created and existing pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 1161, as amended, with principal office address at the SSS Building East Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City, represented in this instance by its Division Head, for Western Mindanao Division, ATTY. RODRIGO B. FILOTEO, and its Branch Manager, for Ipil Branch, hereinafter referred to as the SSS for the implementation of the Program which is aimed at facilitating an easy and more convenient accumulation of savings for the SSS Monthly Contribution Payments (Monthly Contribution) of the Job-Orders/Contract of Services of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;
