Approving – the application for Preliminary Subdivision Development Plan of Romelito B. Bajada, a resident of Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for amendments in total area from TWENTY FOURTHOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT (24,748) SQUARE METERS to TWENTY FOURTHOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY (24,740) SQUARE METERS as per Deed of Sale of a Portion of Land;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2019 of Barangay Manlin, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Pamintayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2019 of Barangay Agutayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Requiring, the Kumalarang Motorized Tricycle Operators to secure Motorized Tricycles Operators Permit (MTOP) in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Establishing a temporary parking area for Habal-Bahal and tricycles drivers coming from the different barangays in front of Golden View Hotel with entrance at Canilang Street and likewise going back to Canilang Street as exit;

Requesting HONORABLE SHARKY PALMA, Congressman, 1st District, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay for the concreting of Barangay Pling to Barangay Guintuloan and Muyo connecting roads, this municipality;

Approving the above-mentioned request, re: Requesting Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor for seven bundles of hose intended for Covered Court and Health Center of Barangay Bulaan, this municipality and three bags of cement intended for Water Tank of said barangay.

Approving the above-mentioned request, re: That the maintenance of the Provincial road from Barangay Manlin to Pamintayan be undertaken by the Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay while the funds for its concreting is not yet available, including the bridge located at barangay Pulog;

Approving the above-mentioned request, re: Requesting Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor for the immediate rehabilitation of Municipal Road going to Barangay Bliss, particularly besides Arano’s residence, this municipality;

Requesting the Manager, BALIBAGO Resources, Inc., Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to facilitate/fast track the installation of water pipe lines of Barangays Manlin, Pulog, Pamintayan, Bag-ong Borbon, particularly Purok 5,6 & 7 of Barangay Mabuhay and Purok 1 of Lantawan, all of this Municipality;

approved Supplemental Budget No. 02-2019 of Barangay Talamimi, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2019 of Barangay Guminta, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

approved Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Compostela, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
