Approving the EXECOM Resolution No. 02-2019 - a resolution approving the LDRRMC Resolution No. 009-2019, re: A resolution approving the transfer of appropriation from the current LDRRMF Appropriation for capability development, seminars, and training into appropriation for DRRM travels (ICS 3 and all other DRRM related travels) amounting to P50,000.00;

Approving the EXECOM Resolution No. 01-2019 - a resolution approving the LDRRMC Resolution No. 008-2019, re: A resolution appropriating P200,000.00 from the 2019 LDDRMF Disaster Preparedness Program, specifically the financial assistance to the earthquake victims of Makilala, Cotabato, Philippines, in the form of Goods (Rice) and authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the same;

Approving the MPOC Resolution No. 08-2019 - a resolution requesting the Legislative to suspend the disciplinary hours for minors during the month-long lights on celebration from December 1-31, 2019;

Approving the MPOC Resolution No. 07-2019- a resolution requesting for additional augmentation forces from the Philippine National Police and Philippine Army for the month-long Lights on Celebration from December 1-31, 2019;

Approving the MPOC Resolution No. 06-2019 - a resolution requesting Engr. Danilo Gomez, General Manager, Sub-Station, ZAMSURECO II, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to install one (1) unit transformer (50KVA) to support the month-long lights on celebration from December 1-31, 2019;

Authorizing Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to close the business establishments in the public market for non-payment of business licenses, stall rentals and other fees after due process, 1st, 2nd & 3rd demand letters (See attached list of delinquent stall holders);

LGU Buug had availed for financial assistance for the Construction of Slaughterhouse through Local Government Support Fund (LGSF)- Other Financial Assistance to LGU's of which said request had been approved for release to LGU Buug under Special Allotment Release Order (SRO) Number SARO-OSEC-19-0015058 issued by the DBM dated October 10, 2019;

Adopting the Business Plan for CY 2019-2024 for Public Market, Slaughterhouse and Cemetery under the Local Economic Enterprise Office, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing Honorable DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor and OIC-Municipal Rreasurer, Mr. Felix S. Trapa, all of this municipality to open an account with the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the PRDP Talamimi-Agutayan Road Construction Project with Account Name: Municipal Government of Buug PRDP I BUILD-LP with an initial amount of P10.000.00 to be taken from PRDP I BUILD-LGU Equity:

Granting financial assistance to JUDY JIM P. LAPUHAPU, the father of the late LIZA MARIE LAPUHAPU from Purok 7, Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the payment of casket that still an account payable to the funeral home to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Resolution No. 03-2019 from Barangay Pulog declaring the CPP-NPA-NDF Persona Non-Grata in Barangay Pulog, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Resolution No. 28-2019 from Barangay Basalem declaring the CPP-NPA-NDF Persona Non-Grata in Barangay Basalem, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Resolution No. 14-2019 from Barangay Pling declaring the CPP-NPA-NDF Persona Non-Grata in Barangay Pling, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Datu Panas, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to JERIEL A. MANGA, the son of the late EDWIN C. MANGA, a resident of Barangay Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
