Suspending the collection of fees of all Public Market Stall Holders, Motorcycles, and Habal-Habal Operators and Ambulant Vendors, this Municipality effective April 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT Regional Office No. 9, a Government Office existing by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with principal office address at Cortez Building, Dr. Evangelista Street, Sta. Catalina, Zamboanga City, represented by its Regional Director OFELIA B. DOMINGO, CESO III, and herein referred to as “DOLE-RO9” for the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Displaced/disadvantaged (TUPAD) Workers Programs, pursuant to the provision of DO No. 173, series of 2017;

Requesting MAJOR GENERAL GENEROSO PONIO, Commander of 1st Infantry (Tabak) Division, Philippine Army in Kuta Major Cesar L. Sang-an, Upper Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur thru Honorable Governor Wilter Yap Palma, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, to consider activation of the Alpha Company (RR1), 904th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion based at Main Building, Bangkerohan, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay for Civil Auxiliary Service Call to Active Duty as response to implement Enhanced Community Quarantine to eliminate the COVID-19;

Approving LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL -010-2020 – “Resolution authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the quick response fund CY 2020, Php600,000.00 for medical supplies and Php494,008.87 for food supplies and other supplies with a total amount of Php1,094,008.87”;

Affirming that the Child Development Center (CDC) feeding commodities delivered by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Region IX, Zamboanga City last January 10, 2020 was accepted by the Office of the MSWDO, Mrs. Joan A. Aragones, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Requesting, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to prioritize the allocation of funds in the 2nd Supplemental Budget for the purchase of a parcel of land containing an area of EIGHT (8.0000) HECTARES intended for the Housing Project of the IP and other Informal Settlers;

Requesting the Local Finance Committee, LGU-Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to study the earliest time possible the suspension of collection of daily rentals at the Buug Public Market due to the declaration of the Enhance Community Quarantine by the Provincial Government;

Requesting the Municipal Agriculturist, Mrs. Demetria S. Uba, this municipality to present programs, plans and activities (PPA’s) relating to short term crops and other means of livelihood intended for the people affected by COVID-19;

Adopting Resolution No. 2020-7340 from Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, re: Declaring the entire Province of Zamboanga Sibugay under strict Community Quarantine and imposing a 9:00 P.M. to 4:00 A.M. curfew due to COVID-19;

Approving LDRRMC Resolution No. 009-2020, a resolution adopting Presidential Proclamation No. 929 – declaring a State of Calamity throughout the Philippines due to Corona Virus Disease 2019;

Approving Execom Reso. No. 02-2020, re: : MPOC Resolution No. 001-2020, a resolution approving the realignment of some unexpended allocations of various projects and programs in the amount of Php200,000.00 under the POPS AIP for CY 2020, to wit: a. Patrolling (under conflict) P100,000.00 b. Conduct sports Activity (for drug surrenderees) 100,000.00 to be allocated for the implementation of curfew pursuant to Executive Order No. DBL 09-2020;

Approving Execom Reso. No. 01-2020, re: LDRRMC No. 008-2020, a resolution amending LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL-006-2020, a resolution approving the disbursement of the Special Trust Fund of CY 2019 amounting to PHP 600,000.00 for the procurement of DRRM equipment and repair of rescue vehicle/motorcycles into disbursement for the procurement of Fire Extinguishers in the amount of Php165,000.00 and allocation for COVID-19 operation in the amount of Php435,000.00;

Declaring a portion of the Eco-Park located at Barangay Bag-ong Borbon as temporary impounding area for the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Requesting Honorable Wilter Yap Palma, Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to allocate funds for the maintenance of the Provincial Road from Barangay Manlin to Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Adopting the Executive Order No. 1011-03-16-2020-009 from Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, re: An Executive order restricting the movement of people in order to prevent the entry and spread of COVID-19 in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay;
