Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-015, series of 2019, re: A resolution approving Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council Resolution No. DBL-0010-2019;

Authorizing the Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor of this municipality to revert savings from the unobligated cost of personal services pertaining to funded vacant positions, terminal leave benefits and savings from interest expenses under the following offices

Granting the work immersion learners secure their clearances FREE of charge when obtaining the needed requirements to wit, their clearances FREE of charge when obtaining the needed requirements to wit, a.) Police Clearance b.) Mayor's Clearance and c.) Medical Clearances PROVIDED that the school principal/administrator will certify that they are one of the Work Immersion Learners and this can only be availed once;

Amending the MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) entered between LGU-Buug, represented by HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS with the Department of Health-Zamboanga Peninsula Center for Health Development, Zamboanga City represented By EMILIA P. MONICIMPO, MD, MPH, CSEE as the Director IV for the implementation of infrastructure projects for the municipality of Buug as contained in the General Appropriation Act of 2018

Granting financial assistance to JUANITA MONTES, wife of the late ROLANDO MONTES from Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses of the late ROLANDO MONTES to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ANTONIO ALAJAS, JR., brother of the late HENIO ALAJAS from Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses of the late HENIO ALAJAS to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ELIZABETH C. MINA, daughter of the late TERESITA MONILAR CASAS from Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses of the late TERESITA MONILAR CASAS to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requesting HONORABLE LEONARDO R. BAÑAGO, Chief, Bureau of Fire for the inclusion of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as one of the beneficiaries of the fire trucks to be distributed among municipalities;

Confirming the approval of loan with Land Bank of the Philippines for the completion of the Municipal Hall Building Phase II and authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS to sign loan documents pertaining to the approved loan with Land Bank of the Philippines, Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Recognizing HON. JOCELYN M. CHUA as IPMR in the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay from November 11, 2019 op to November 2022;

Requesting the Provincial Governor, Honorable WILTER YAP PALMA, thru the Sangguniang Panlalawigan to resolve the Political Territorial conflict with the Municipality of Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur with the prayer that the request be given favorable and immediate action;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Talamimi, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Agutayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving EXECOM Resolution No. 03-2019 – Resolution Approving the Senior Citizens Association Resolution No. 07 series of 2019 - a Resolution amending the appropriated budget for OSCA Honorarium from January to September 2019;

Approving Resolution No. 02-2019 from Barangay Pamintayan declaring the CPP-NPA-NDF Persona Non-Grata in Barangay Pamintayan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;
