Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU ) with DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT (DSWD), Field Office 09, with office address at Gen. Vicente Alvarez Street, Zamboanga City, Philippines represented by its OIC Regional Director, FATIMA S. CAMINAN, herein referred to as DSWD for the implementation of supplemental feeding program in day care centers or in any other facility used for such purposes of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving MDC Resolution No. DBL-005-2020, re: A Resolution approving MGFPS Resolution No. 01-2020 –Resolution amending the construction of Pasalubong Center in the amount of ONE MILLION PESOS (PHP1,000,000.00) to procurement of Passenger Lounge Amenities and Construction of Septic Tank, to wit: a. Procurement of Passenger Lounge Amenities - Php 950,000.00 b. Construction of Septic Tank 50,000.00 TOTAL Php1,000,000.00

Approved MDC Resolution No. DBL-004-2020, re: A Resolution identifying the roads within the Municipality that need immediate rehabilitation;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-003 series of 2020, re: Resolution approving the LDRRMC Resolution Nos. 002-2020, 003-2020, 005-2020, 006-2020 and 007-2020

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-002 series of 2020, re: Resolution approving the realignment of some unexpended allocations of various projects in CY 2018, 2019 and current appropriation in the 20% Economic Development Fund and savings from various completed projects;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-001 series of 2020, re: Resolution approving the Comprehensive Development Plan, CY 2020-2025, of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Allocating an amount intended for the purchase of fourteen (14) cellular phones to be used by the Sangguniang Bayan during sessions and be prioritized in the second Supplemental Budget;

Declaring MR. QUIRAM M. AMPUAN as Persona Non-Grata in the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Adopting Ordinance No. 2020-557 from Sangguniang Panlalawigan “A An Ordinance encouraging, promoting, developing and institutionalizing the physical fitness, wellness, health consciousness, proper exercises and sports activities and programs in the entire Province of Zamboanga Sibugay”;

Adopting Resolution No. 2020-7255 from Sangguniang Panlalawigan “A resolution supporting the World Interfaith Harmony Week (WIHW) every first week of February of every year”

Requesting the DENR Technical Service Team headed by ARD. RONALD GADOT, JR., to amend the approved Cadastral Survey bearing No. PB-09-000067;

Requesting the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to invite PCOL RHODE ESPERO, Provincial Director, PNP, Zamboanga del Sur to appear before the Sangguniang Panlalawigan to shed light on the alleged harassment. (Please see attached copy of the PNP Blotter);

Requesting the CENRO of 1st District, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to issue a Certification interposing no objection of the proposed housing project intended for the Indigenous People (IP) located at Barangay Talairan containing an area of four (4.0000) hectares and Barangay Talamimi, containing an area of two (2.0000) hectares, respectively;

Declaring/converting the Local Government Unit (LGU) Real Estate property located at Barangay Talairan containing an area of four (4.0000) hectares and barangay Talamimi containing an area of two (2.0000) hectares, respectively into IP Housing Project;

Authorizing to the OIC Municipal Health Officer, ADELAIDA G. GUERRERO to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DR. HENRY M. DE VILLA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, represented by DRA. VIDA JOSEFINA C. DE VILA-NATIVIDAD, MD, FPSOHNS, Medical Director for referral Facility with Radiology and Laboratories.;
