Extending the deadline of renewal for business permits/licenses from January 20, 2020 to February 7, 2020;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE JONAM R. LAGAS, Municipal Vice-Mayor, MR. FELIX S. TRAPA, OIC- Municipal Treasurer and MR. RUDY S. MAQUILING, OIC- Municipal Assistant Treasurer, all of this Municipality to reactivate the GOP Trust Fund Account bearing Account No. 2851-1106-89 with Land Bank of the Philippines, Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving the insertion of additional regulatory terms and conditions of the lease contract of all Stall Holders in the public market;

Recognizing/affirming HON. JOCELYN M. CHUA as the legally selected ICC/IP’s Representative of the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay subject to the terms and conditions as provided by the IPRA and all other related laws and customary laws effective January 13, 2020 to January 13, 2023;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2019 of Barangay Bawang, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2019 of Barangay Bag-ong Borbon, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Requesting the National Mapping and Resource Information Authority (NAMRIA) to provide the final result of the relocation survey between the municipality of Buug-Bayog and Buug-Kumalarang to resolve the Political boundaries of the above-mentioned municipalities;

Requesting MR. RONALD D. GADOT, OIC, Assistant Regional Director for Technical Services, DENR, Region IX, Pagadian City to conduct a joint Relocation Survey with the Local Government Unit of Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur to determine the geographical position in question of both municipalities and LGU Buug offers to shoulder the expenses of the said survey provided, the DENR will provide the survey equipment;

Supporting the request of the residents of Purok 6 of Barangay Villacastor, Purok 6 and 7 of Barangay Pulog all of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to allow the installation additional electric post for the electrification of the said barangays;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-016 series of 2019, re: Resolution approving the Integrated Coastal Resource Management Plan (ICRMP) of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for CY 2020-2022;

Adopting the Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) for year 2019-2022;

Requesting the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Region IX, General Alvarez St., Zamboanga City for the construction of Unified Tribal Center for the twenty seven (27) Barangays, this municipality;

Requesting the National Housing Authority for the construction of Three Hundred (300) Units Housing Projects for the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with ST. JOHN GENERAL HOSPITAL OF BUUG, INC., a Level 1 Private Hospital, registered under the laws of the Philippines with DOH License No. 09-0038-19-H1-2, situated in Purok 13, National Highway, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, represented herein by its MEDICAL DIRECTOR, JANICE G. VERGARA, MD FPROGS, FPSUOG, of legal age, single and with postal address at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY and BUUG BIRTHING HOME, a Rural Health Unit duly license with DOH, represented by its MAYOR, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, also of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY to engage the services of the FIRST PARTY in the transportation and evacuation of patient who needs to be transferred to another hospital for further medical attention;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas for the renewal of EIGHT (8) contracts of services for the above-mentioned persons to commence on January 3, 2019 up to June 30, 2020:
