Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-008, series of 2020 a resolution approving MGFPS Resolution No. 06-2020, re: Resolution realigning GAD Plan and Budget 2020 in the amount of Four Million Pesos only (P4,000,000.00) to augment fund allocation for COVID 19 related programs, projects and activities;

Concurring the appointment of MR. MARK GREGORY C. GACUTAN, MD as Municipal Health Officer, this Municipality with Salary Grade 24 effective April 2, 2020.

Humby ask LT. COL. DON D. TEMPLUNUEVO, INF (GSC) PA, Commanding Officer of 44th Batallion, 1st Division Philippine Army to utilize the fifty two (52) active reservists of the Municipality of Buug under the 1st Zamboanga Sibugay Province ready reserve battalion;

Requesting the Local Finance Committee to come up with possible measures intended for the extension of suspension for the collection of fees to all Public Market Stall Holders, Motorcycles and Habal-Habal Operations and Ambulant Vendors, this Municipality for the whole month of May 2020;

Granting financial assistance to : granting financial assistance to MARILYN VELASCO CABAHUG, daughter of the late AURORA P. VELASCO of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the payment of casket that is still an account payable to the funeral home;

Granting financial assistance to : granting financial assistance to DOMINGA ENOC, wife of the late FERNANDO ENOC of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the payment of casket that is still an account payable to the funeral home;

Granting financial assistance to : granting financial assistance to JACQUILOU B. BOKINGKITO, daughter of the late JACQUELINE B. BOKINGKITO of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the payment of casket that is still an account payable to the funeral home;

Allowing Purok 6, Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga to use the electric transformer bearing KVA-50 for the energization of the said Purok

Authorizing the Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, in her capacity as Municipal Mayor, this municipality and Mr. Felix S. Trapa, in his capacity as OIC - Municipal Treasurer to update the signatories of LGU Account with the 1st Valley Bank, Inc. (A Development Bank), represented by its Branch Manager, Mr. JONIEL L. GALO, a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT (DSWD), government agency created pursuant to Republic Act No. 5416 with office address at Gen. Vicente Alvarez Street, Zamboanga City, Philippines represented by its OIC Regional Director, FATIMA S. CAMINAN, herein referred to as DSWD for the provision of Emergency Subsidy to low-income households that will be in the form of Social Amelioration Programs (SAP) most especially senior citizens, pregnant and lactating women, solo parents, distressed overseas Filipinos, persons with disability, indigenous peoples, underprivileged and homeless families and informal economy workers;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, this Municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Rice Millers/Warehouse Owners, this Municipality for the purchase of rice intended for the constituents affected by disaster, calamity and public health emergency, manmade or natural that affects lives and properties;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-006-2020, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (AIP) for CY 2020;

ACCEPTING the identification and relocation survey conducted by DENR-Regional Office No. IX; to WITHDRAW the previous acceptance of this LGU of Cadastre Survey No. PB-09-00067; and to REQUEST the same DENR-Regional Office to effect the amendment of Cadastre Survey No. PB-09-000067, thereby settling the actual boundary of Barangay Villacastor (Buug) and Barangay Damit (Bayog) at the old bed of Sibugay River;

Appealing the different Service Providers including Lending Institutions, Banks (Private and Government) GOCC’s like GSIS, PAG-IBIG & Cooperatives to give one month extension to clients loan repayments (month of April) and service payments due to covid-19 pandemic crisis;

Extending the collection of 2nd quarterly business licenses/fees to all Business Sectors/Establishments in the Municipality of Buug until May 30, 2020;
