Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Pamintayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Mabuhay, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect PROVIDED that the IP Repesentative and IP Activities be appropriated and be prioritized on the next Supplemental Budget;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Bag-ong Borbon, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect PROVIDED that the IP Repesentative and IP Activities be appropriated and be prioritized on the next Supplemental Budget;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Basalem, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Lantawan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Poblacion, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to EVA L. PELEN, sister-in-law of the late ROGELIO CAPUTILLA of Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving EXECOM No. 03 series of 2020, Resolution Approving LDRRMC Resolution No. DBL-011-2020, re: A Resolution amending LDRRMC Reso. No. DBL-005-2020 for the construction of the Municipal Hall Rip-Rapping/Retaining Wall Phase III amounting to Php 5,100,000.00 into a Resolution allocating PHP3,500,000.00 for the construction of the Municipal Hall Rip-Rapping/Retaining Wall Phase III, Php 1,100,000.00 for COVID-19 rice subsidy 2nd wave, PHP 400,000.00 fuel and oil for COVID-19 operations and Php 100,000.00 other supplies for COVID-19 operations;

Granting financial assistance to GERONIMA IMPAS ANDALAY, wife of the late JAMES L. ANDALAY of Datu Panas, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS (P20,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing Honorable DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor of this municipality to revert/realign savings from the allocation for Culture and Arts (BOG Festival) and Support for the establishment of CBMS,

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS to enter into contract with SIVAMPCO Main Branch, Buug, Zamnoanga Sibugay represented by the General Manager, MR. FELIX S. TRAPA for the usage of SIVAMPCO Building located along the National Highway as temporary Quarantine Facility for the OFW & Local returnee for a period of one month;

Granting that the whole month of May collectible shall be paid in pro-rate methods to be divided in eight (8) months from June to December 2020;

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-009, series of 2020 a resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan CY 2020;
