Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Bliss, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect PROVIDED that the appropriation for IP Activities be appropriated and prioritized on the next Supplemental Budget;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Guintoloan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Pulog, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, MUNICIPAL MAYOR and MS. MARY MAGDALYN T. REGANION, CPA, Municipal Accountant of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, to enroll in the landbank institutional internet banking “weAccess” to 1. Execute /sign all documents necessary to subscribe to LBP’s “weAccess”; 2. Designate/authorize personnel to act as “maker” or “authorizer” for the company’s access to LBP’s weAccess banking facility; and 3. Amend/add/delete enrolled deposit account/s as source and/or destination account/s, access rights to the weAccess modules, authorization rules and/or any information on the original and succeeding enrollments;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas for the renewal of CONTRACT OF SERVICES of CELEDONIO MONDEJAR – Road Roller Operator to commence on July 1, 2020 up to December 31, 2020, this municipality;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas for the renewal of SEVEN (7) contracts of services for the above-mentioned persons to commence on July 1, 2020 up to December 31, 2020:

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Dionesia B. Lagas through the Municipal Engineering Office, this municipality to secure necessary permits and clearances for the demolition of the Weighing Building in preparation of the new Bureau of Fire Building to be given by the Bureau of Fire;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Hon. Dionesia B. Lagas, this municipality for the CONTRACT OF SERVICES of MR. ELSIE P. DAT-UGAN as Computer Programmer under the office of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management , this municipality with monthly salary of Thirteen Thousand Twenty Six Pesos only (P13,026.00) to commence on June 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020;

Amending Resolution No. 74-2020 and Resolution No. 91-2020 and adopting Department Circular No. 002-2020; re: the extension of deadlines for the payment of taxes, fees and charges of LGU’s, pursuant to Section 4(z) of R.A. No. 11469, otherwise known as the “BAYANIHAN TO HEAL AS ONE ACT.

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement by and between LGU- Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay represented by HONORABLE ANAMIL C. OLEGARIO, Municipal Mayor, (Fund Manager) and members of LMP-ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY, (The Depositor Agent) for the provision of Counterpart Fund for the Joint establishment and Management of a Centralized Quarantine Facility amounting to P100,000.00 to be downloaed to LGU-IPIL as Fund Manager to accommodate the arriving repatriated Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW’s) who are residents of Zamboanga Sibugay, Province;

Interposing no objection to the cutting/removal of the identified affected trees for the construction of slope protection/riprapping around the municipal hall building;

Requesting HONORABLE MARJORIE N. JALOSJOS, ASEC., DILG for Mindanao for the concreting of farm to market road located in Barangay Bag-Ong Borbon, Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay

Granting financial assistance to MR. ROLAND DELA CRUZ a resident of Puro 1, Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for his wife ELSA A. DELA CRUZ who needs medical check-up due to her health condition to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay Guminta, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect PROVIDED that the appropriation for IP Activities be appropriated and prioritized on the next Supplemental Budget;
