Approving MUNICIPAL ANTI-COVID TASK FORCE Resolution No. 01-2021, re: Requiring all churches, religious sectors located within the Twenty Seven (27) Barangays of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to provide the following: 1) entrance and exit to all church goers, 2.) washing area, 3.) alcohol, 4.) log-books for an easy contract tracing;

Granting financial assistance to HELEN C. MONSULLER, sister of the late REYNALDO E. CASAS, Muyo, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requesting Jeselton Jae E. Andres, State Auditor/Audit Team Leader, to allow LGU-Buug to demolish Tennis Court along the National Highway to be used as parking area, since there is no other identified convenient space to mitigate the illegal parking of tricycles;

Approving MUNICIPAL ANTI-COVID TASK FORCE Resolution No. 02-2021, re: Allowing the conduct of Barangay IPMR selection process of the ten (10) Barangays, this Municipality PROVIDED it will be conducted at Buug Pilot Central School covered court, must strictly follow Health Protocols with the coordination of the Municipal Anti-COVID Task Force;

Approving EXECOM Resolution No. 04 series of 2020, re: Resolution approving Supplemental Annual Investment Program (AIP) No. 7-2020.

Granting financial assistance to to AILYN ANDAGAN, cousin of the late MARGELYN A. BUSAÑAS of Purok 5, Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to revert/realign savings from unobligated cost of personal services pertaining to funded vacant positions, savings from interest expense and repairs and maintenance of building and structures.

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Guintuloan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 03-2020 of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving the request to change the Project Name from “Rehabilitation of Slaughterhouse” to “Construction of Slaughterhouse” as there are items in the Construction of Slaughterhouse project not included in the Rehabilitation of Slaughterhouse as provided by the Department of Budget and Management amounting to ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (1,500,000.00);

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) for and in behalf of the Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay with SOCIAL HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION (SHFC) represented by its President ATTY. ARNOLFO RICARDO B. CABLING in assisting underprivileged and homeless citizens to purchase and develop a tract of land under the concept of community ownership through community mortgage program (CMP);

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to revert/realign savings from unobligated Maintenance and other operating expenses, capital outlay and cost of personal services pertaining to funded vacant positions (Supplemental Budget of the General Fund)

Adopting the Memorandum Circular No. CO-0ED-06-145, re: CEB Resolution No. 08-008-2020 (A Resolution Amending the Revised Guidelines for the Mandatory Representation of Indigenous Peoples in Local Legislative Making Bodies);

Granting financial assistance to ROSE S. ASUMBRADO, wife of the late GREGGY G. ASUMBRADO of Bliss, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Pulog, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;
