Approving EXECOM Reso. No. 01-2021, re: Resolution approving the renaming of budget allocations under the Municipal Health Office, to wit: FROM Quarantine Control Point P200,000.00 Procurement of Rapid Testing Kits 750,000.00 Quarantine Facility Operating Cost 700,000.00 TO COVID-19 Mass Vaccination Operation P200,000.00 Procurement of Rapid Testing Kits, Drugs, Medicines & Vitamins for COVID Mass Vaccination 750,000.00 QF and MVOC Operating Cost 700,000.00

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Department of the Interior and Local Government, herein presented by PAISAL O. ABUTAZIL, CESO III, Regional Director, herein after referred to as “DILG Region IX” and J.H. CERILLES STATE COLLEGE, a State Universities and Colleges in the Phils., established and existing by virtue of Republic Act No. 9159 with a principal address at Mati, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur represented herein by its President DR. MARY JOCELYN V. BATTUNG, herein after referred to as “Learning Resource Institution (LRI)” for the Formulation of Risk-Informed Comprehensive Development Plan;

Granting financial assistance to AILYN ANDAGAN, mother of CLENT ANDAGAN, a resident of Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for his medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to DANTE A. LOQUINTE, father of the late DONALD DAN S. LOQUINTE, a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ANNIE G. TADEO, niece of the late FRANCISCA SIMEON ALFANTA, a resident of Purok 1-, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, Municipal Mayor, this Municipality to disburse festival funds intended for the incentives and or honorarium of all workers in festival preparation;

Strongly endorse the project and its commitment to provide counterpart fund of at least ten percent (10%) of the project cost intended for the concreting of Guintuloan-Labrador (FMR) to the Department of Agriculture, (DA);

Requesting Honorable Wilter Yap Palma, Provincial Governor, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay to donate one (1) unit FUSO Bus with Chassis No. MS829P-14460, Engine No. 8DC11- 51696 to the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Requesting MR. JESELTON JAE E. ANDRES, State Auditor/Audit Team Leader to allow LGU-Buug to demolish the Material Recovery Facility located along Sampaguita Street behind the IBT Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as it has encroached the road-right of way and is an obstruction to the flood control project on the creek along the street;

Requesting MR. JESELTON JAE E. ANDRES, State Auditor/Audit Team Leader to allow LGU-Buug to demolish the Fruit Retailer located the National Highway (AH26) to give way for the newly constructed Pasalubong Center Building;

Requesting MR. JESELTON JAE E. ANDRES, State Auditor/Audit Team Leader to allow LGU-Buug to demolish the Public Toilet Building located the Integrated Bus Terminal, National Highway (AH26) to give way for the New Commercial Building;

Requesting MR. JESELTON JAE E. ANDRES, State Auditor/Audit Team Leader to allow LGU-Buug to demolish the Old Public Market Building (Bularan and Vegetable Area) to give way for the New Commercial Building;

Requesting MR. JESELTON JAE E. ANDRES, State Auditor/Audit Team Leader to allow LGU-Buug to demolish the Old Public Market Building (Bularan and Vegetable Area) to give way for the New Commercial Building;

Earnestly requests MR. JESELTON JAE E. ANDRES, State Auditor/Audit Team Leader to allow LGU-Buug to demolish the Old Wet Public Market Compound and Carenderia Section Building to give way for the New Wet Public Market Building Project;

Granting financial assistance to SR. REBECCA GUNAO, SPC, Principal of Saint Paul School a co-SPC sister of SR. AURORA AVERILLA, SPC, Local Superior of the SPC Sisters in Buug- Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;
