approved 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Lantawan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to WILMA U. ROMERO, mother of MARRIANE UBAS ROMERO, a resident of Purok 11- Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to MARICEL S. SANGILAN, sister of IRENE S. ALINGATONG, a resident of Purok 21-A, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medication to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, in her capacity as Municipal Mayor, MR. ENSIGN S. UBA, in his capacity as OIC - Municipal Treasurer and HONORABLE JONAM R. LAGAS, Municipal Vice-Mayor as the Principal Signatories, in all bank transactions with Land Bank of the Philippines, Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay effective March 1, 2021 with all the above-mentioned LGU-accounts;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL 003-2021, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 1 for CY 2021;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-002-2021, re: Resolution realigning some unexpended budget under the Municipal Health Office;

Approving MDC Reso No. DBL-001-2021, re: resolution adopting the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Resolution No. DBL-001-S2021 and DBL No. 002-S2021, to wit: 1. Resolution No. DBL-001-S2021. A Resolution authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the unexpended balances and/or Special Trust Fund of the LDRRM CY. 2020 amounting to Php819,254.50 with corresponding budget allocations for LDRRM rescue vehicles repair and paint and for COVID-19 operations. 2. Resolution No. DBL 002-S2021. A Resolution approving the realignment of funds from the savings of the procurement of ambulance amounting to Php200,000.00 into procurement of wheel boot clamp amounting to Php200,000.00 and further authorizing the Local Chief Executive to disburse the same.

SUPPLEMENTAL NO. 01-2021 OF THE GENERAL FUND

Granting financial assistance to ROSALINDA ANDAGAN, mother of JOYLYN A. MANTAC, Purok 2, Manga, Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for her medical expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to ALBERTO ALEGARME, uncle of the late ROGELIO ALEGARME, JR., Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Agutayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Pamintayan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Talamimi, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Guitom, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving the Local Anti-Criminality Plan for the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay intended for the above-mentioned purposes;
