Authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT BUREAU-Region IX, a government agency duly organized and existing by virtue of Executive Order No. 192, with office address at Sitio Lantawan, Barangay Pasonanca, Zamboanga City, represented herein by ENGR. ALEX D. JIMENEZ, OIC Regional Director to collaborate in the efforts for the implementation of the objectives of R.A 9003, particularly in the upgrading for the operation of MRF and proper segregation at source and segregated collection and providing funds for the reconstruction of MRF affected by the construction of two (2) Storey Multi-Purpose Building in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P250,000.00);

Availing the services of Red Cross for Swab Test intended to all Frontliners and LGU-Employees who are suspected to be COVID-19 positive charge to the General Fund of LGU-Buug particularly at the Municipal Health Office and LDRRM Office;

Endorsing Resolution No. 03-2021 from the Senior Citizen of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for financial assistance for the purchase of lot and construction of the Senior Citizens building for Barangay Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Resolution No. 4-2021 from the Municipal Covid-19 Inter-Agency Task Force, re: Resolution disallowing any mass gathering and all religious worship that are conducted every Sundays, Saturdays and weekdays effective May 31, 2021 up to June 15, 2021 to contain the spread of COVID-19 in the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Adopting Executive Order No. 1011-05-26-2021-032 series of 2021 an order fixing the guidelines for the implementation of stricter measures to address the surge of COVID-19 cases in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay effective May 31, 2021 up to June 14, 2021;

Granting financial assistance to RONA G. LUMOGA, the daughter of the late RAMERO L. LUMOGA, a resident of Guminta, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) ) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2021 of Barangay Mabuhay, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving 2021 Annual Budget of Barangay Talairan, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Endorsing, as this August Body hereby Barangay Resolution No. 20-series of 2021, re: A Resolution requesting Hon. Wilter Yap Palma, Provincial Governor of Zamboanga Sibugay for financial assistance for the purchase of Cylindrical Culvert intended for the improvement of Barangay San Jose Road, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, Honorable Dionesia B. Lagas, this municipality for the of CONTRACT OF SERVICE of ROLLAN P. GRANZA, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with postal and residence address at Basalem, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as laborer to prepare the interment site and burial services to any COVID related deaths depending on the time schedule from May 28, 2021 to December 31, 2021;

Endorsing, as this August Body hereby Barangay Resolution No. 20-series of 2021, re: A Resolution requesting Hon. Wilter Yap Palma, Provincial Governor of Zamboanga Sibugay for financial assistance for the purchase of Cylindrical Culvert intended for the improvement of Barangay San Jose Road, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving the EXECOM Resolution No. 04-series of 2021, re: Resolution approving the Supplemental Annual Investment Plan No. 04 for CY 2021;

Approving the EXECOM Resolution No. 03-series of 2021, re: Resolution adopting the LDRRMC Resolution Nos. 008-2s-021 and 009-s-2021;

LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PROVINCIAL TRAINING CENTER—ZAMBOABNGA SIBUGAY, hereinafter referred to as PTC-ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY, as a government institution duly established and existing under the Republic of the Philippines laws, represented in these presents by its Training Center Administrator FERDINAND L. MELICOR, with Office and postal address at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OFFICE, a government institution duly established and existing under the Republic of the Philippine laws, herein represented by its Manager GRACE EMORECHA HALASAN, with office address at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the collaboration of PROVINCIAL TRAINING CENTER-ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY, MUNICIPAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BUUG and PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OFFICE OF BUUG in providing and facilitating job opportunities to the trainees/student of PTC-ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY with utmost service considering the condition capacity and skills acquired by the trainees/student;

MELICOR, with Office and postal address at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and RURAL HEALTH UNIT OF BUUG, hereinafter referred to as RHU-BUUG a government institution duly established and existing under the Republic of the Philippine laws, herein represented by DR. MARK GREGORY C. GACUTAN, with office address at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay for the collaboration of PROVINCIAL TRAINING CENTER-ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY, MUNICIPAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BUUG and RURAL HEALTH UNIT OF BUUG in providing and facilitating the health wellness of the trainees/students of PTC-Zamboanga Sibugay;
