Approving the Local Anti-Criminality Plan for the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay intended for the above-mentioned purposes;

Extending the deadline of renewal for business permits/licenses from January 20, 2021 to January 28, 2021;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE (PCSO), a government-owned and controlled corporation, duly existing by virtue of Republic Act No. 1169, as amended holding office at 4TH Floor Sun Plaza Building, 1507 Princeton Street Cor. Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, Philippines, represented by its General Manager, ROYINA M. GARMA, duly authorized for this purpose under PCSO Board Resolution No. 0079, Series of 2020, as contained in Secretary’s Certificate issued on 13 March 2020, a copy of which is attached as ANNEX “A”’ for the Calamity Assistance to LGUs in times of natural calamities and disasters, including those caused by outbreaks, epidemics and pandemics, under the Calamity Assistance Program of PCSO;

Granting financial assistance to ROSA DELOS REYES, mother of JOHN DELOS REYES, a resident of Maganay, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the medication of her son who was a victim of vehicular accident to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds; of the Philippines, Buug Branch, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Guminta, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Labrador, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Compostela, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Compostela, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Delmonte, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

approved Supplemental Budget No. 03-2020 of Barangay Maganay, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Maganay, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Maganay, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Authorizing the HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, Region IX Center for Health Development Zamboanga Peninsula, a national government agency responsible for ensuring access to basic public health services to all Filipinos through the provision of quality health care and regulation of health goods and services, with office address at Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City, herein represented by EMILIA P. MONICIMPO, MD, MPH, CSEE in his capacity as Regional Director of Center for Health Development Zamboanga Peninsula, and hereafter referred to as “FIRST PARTY” for the transfer of funds for the AHDP and COVID-19 SRA to the Second Party (Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay); Payments (Monthly Contribution) of the Job-Orders/Contract of Services of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Requesting, the Manager ELMER ABENOJA, Land Bank of the Philippines, Buug Branch to reactivate the following dormant accounts, and authorizing HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, Municipal Mayor and MR. Identifying and declared the outer lane of the National Highway from Barangay Bulaan to Delmonte, this municipality as exclusive Tricycles and Motorcycles lane;
