Authorizing DR. MARK GREGORY C. GACUTAN of Municipal Health Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement herein referred as PARTNER PHYSICIAN with CARMENNENA B. SAYSON, OFELIA V. FERNANDEZ and HELEN G. OMONGOS referred as SERVICE PROVIDER to ensure that quality care is provided to the patient, especially the mother and the newborn who are needing higher level of maternal and neonatal care;

Authorizing the Municipal Mayor, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, this municipality to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with ST. JOHN GENERAL HOSPITAL OF BUUG, INC., a Level 1 Private Hospital, registered under the laws of the Philippines with DOH License No. 09-0038-19-H1-2, situated in Purok 13, National Highway, Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, represented herein by its MEDICAL DIRECTOR, JANICE G. VERGARA, MD FPROGS, FPSUOG, of legal age, single and with postal address at Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY and BUUG BIRTHING HOME, a Rural Health Unit duly license with DOH, represented by its MAYOR, HONORABLE DIONESIA B. LAGAS, also of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Poblacion, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY to engage the services of the FIRST PARTY in the transportation and evacuation of patient who needs to be transferred to another hospital for further medical attention;

Authorizing to the Municipal Health Officer, DR. MARK GREGORY C. GACUTAN, to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DR. HENRY M. DE VILLA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, represented by DRA. VIDA JOSEFINA C. DE VILA-NATIVIDAD, MD, FPSOHNS, Medical Director for referral Facility with XRAY and Laboratory;

Authorizing to the Municipal Health Officer, DR. MARK GREGORY C. GACUTAN, to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DR. HENRY M. DE VILLA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, represented by DRA. VIDA JOSEFINA C. DE VILA-NATIVIDAD, MD, FPSOHNS, Medical Director for referral Facility;

Objecting the Interzonal and Intrazonal provisions of IATF Resolution No. 79 of Section 7 paragraph 2,3, and 4 respectively;

Endorsing the Seventy Three (73) active BHW’s of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay to the Provincial Government of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay for the inclusion on the list of recipients of Provincial honorarium;

Supporting the Proposed redistricting of Buug Schools District into Two Districts mainly the mother district which will be renamed to Buug South Eastern District, comprises of fourteen (14) schools with Two Hundred Five (205) teachers, and the new created district which will be name Buug North Western District, comprises of Eighteen (18) schools with One Hundred Eighty Five (185) teachers;

Approving 2020 SK Annual Budget of Barangay Muyo, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Bliss, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Granting financial assistance to SAMUEL MARIBOJOC son of the late ISIDRO MARIBOJOC of Purok 3, Compostela, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Granting financial assistance to BOBBY VITAMOR son of the late VITO VITAMOR of Villacastor, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) for the burial expenses to be taken from the Assistance to Individual in Crisis Situation (AICS) Funds;

Requesting the Regional Director, Department of Agriculture, RIX, Phil. Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanism (PHILMEC), Lenienza, Pagadian City for one (1) unit Combined Harvester for the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-024, re: A Resolution approving the Annual Investment Plan for CY 2021 of the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;

Endorsing the Proposed PPAs chargeable against the LGSF-COVID-19 Financial Assistance to LGUs under the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act or Republic Act No. 11494, to wit: a. Procurement of One (1) unit Ambulance with complete accessories – P3,000,000.00 b. Procurement of Emergency Response Vehicle – P2,000,000.00

Declaring MR. FELIX PANUGA HANDUMON and MR. REY CUAJOTOR CORONEL as “PERSONA NON-GRATA” in the Municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay;
