Approving MDC Reso. No. DBL-030-2020, re: Resolution adopting the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Resolution Nos. DBL-18, DBL-19, and DBL 20-2020,

Approving the Extension of the Contract of Service of Engineer Edgar M. Matabalan and Engineer Jessie Mhar P. Sabado under the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) funded project (FMR) from November 18, 2020 up to April 30, 2021 as the completion of the said project is far from completion due to the site location unfavorable weather condition;

Approving the request to change the Project Name from “Rehabilitation of Slaughterhouse” to “Construction of Slaughterhouse” as there are items in the Construction of Slaughterhouse project not included in the Rehabilitation of Slaughterhouse as provided by the Department of Budget and Management amounting to ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (1,500,000.00);

Adopting Department Circular No. 003-2020, re: Extending the deadlines for the payment of taxes, fees and charges of Local Government Units (LGUs), pursuant to Section 4 (TT) of Republic Act (RA) No. 11494, or the “Bayanihan to recover as One Act”;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Villacastor, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Pling, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 02-2020 of Barangay Basalem, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Supplemental Budget No. 01-2020 of Barangay Bag-ong Borbon, this municipality, declaring the same operational and in full effect;

Approving Municipal Covid-19 Inter-Agency Task Force Reso. No. 10-2020, suspending the processing of business permits related to cockpit operation until the pandemic is lifted;

Approving Municipal Covid-19 Inter-Agency Task Force Reso. No. 09-2020, banning the conduct of Christmas Carols, Parties and Family Reunions to deter COVID-19 contamination;

Approving Municipal Covid-19 Inter-Agency Task Force Reso. No. 08-2020, declaring the municipality of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay as “NO Rapid Test”, “No Acceptance Policy” to all Laid-Off Employees of Cannery Companies from Zamboanga City who intend to go home;

Approving, Municipal Covid-19 Inter-Agency Task Force Reso. No. 07-2020, to temporarily declare the Municipality of Buug as “NO ENTRY” to all motorized Tricycles, Payong2x, Bao2x, Habal2x, Pait2x who will enter the Municipality particularly at the border between Zamboanga del Sur and Zamboanga Sibugay (Bulaan and Boyugan West) and (Depase and Talamimi) and in fairness, our Tricycles, Bao-Bao, Habal-Habal, Pait-Pait shall not also traverse Boyugan check point to avoid COVID-19 contamination until DOH – IATF declaration that the nation is COVID free;
